This last time, I picked up my clothes and two of my shirts had stains all over them and one even had a burn hole in it. I took the shirts back and showed them the stains and they immediately said that I made the stains on the shirt and brought them in that way. I certainly had not! She told me to look at how the stains are identical so I must've done it. I tried to explain to her that I hadn't worn the shirts at the same time and the only reason they had identical stains is because they had them hanging together when they stained them. She told me that my shirts were old and that they were dirty. I had just bought the shirts 3 weeks ago. She also said that they had been there 18 years and had never ruined a piece of clothing. I find that pretty hard to believe. I'm sure that even the best cleaner in the world ruins something from time to time, but they are reputable enough to replace the item. I was willing to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The guy who works there is actually pretty nice, but when you make an error, just own up to it and fix it. Use at your own risk and be aware that if they do mistake (which I understand happens from time to time), they will not fix it. Needless to say, time to find another cleaner.

Bad service, worse customer service…read more I made my appointment for three weeks out and thought it was worth the wait to go with the small locally owned business. Also, I called to resolve a pet pee problem and I thought the method Mike described would be the most successful. They called right at my estimated window to say they were on their way and arrived promptly, which I appreciated. Regina played with my toddler while I moved my car to make room for their van. They hadn't told me that they don't move furniture at all, so I moved a couple heavier items I was hoping to get help with (I had already cleared the room otherwise). I left the child gate leaning against the wall next to the doorway and they didn't even move THAT or ask me to do it and just cleaned around it, which seemed weird to me. Clearly I had forgotten it, it weighs half a pound, and it would have been so easy to move. When they were done cleaning (it was over SO fast. Which may be a plus except I'm pretty sure it's because they aren't really doing anything), I smelled the area which still reeked of piss. I brought it up to Regina and she explained the product needed time to work, and if it didn't work I could call her. Here's where it gets great. Mike came to knock on my door after they had left just to tell me NOT to call them if it still smells. That there is nothing they can do if their method didn't work. That, if the carpet smells try cleaning the wall (as if the smell that comes from putting my nose right next to the CARPET is coming from the wall?????). He was incredibly condescending and rude. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and I regretted waiting 3 weeks and paying MORE to deal with him when he doesn't even stand by his work!! (I just realized why they call themselves bullies!) It has been 5 days and it looks and smells like NOTHING has been done to the carpet. Nothing. Even the rest of the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned. I wish I had watched more closely because I'm honestly not sure what exactly they were doing here! I seriously regret not going with the other quote I got which was considerably less money and with a company that actually GUARANTEES their work. I thought the pricier option with a smaller company would yield better results, and I couldn't be more wrong. It's a shame because Regina was lovely. Mike was not.
