Then one returned with what looked like some detergent dried on. Then little things like the shirt not being flat when they pressed it, especially along the buttons. The big one was when they returned my clothes but didn't have the coat to my suit. It wouldn't have been a big deal except I was flying out the next morning. Luckily I had another suit I could wear but then I had another problem, I didn't want them delivering my jacket to a house that would be empty for days. I called and explained I was missing an item and asked they call me back. No return call. A day later I called again. Still no return call. When I finally got home, there was my suit coat, hanging by my front door, like a banner signaling to passers by that no one was home! After a week I came back and the jeans were ready but the slacks were not. Once again he told me come back a week later so after another week I came back for my slacks. He then tells me my slacks were misplaced and he cannot find them. He asked me again for another week so he can locate my pants. I asked him to call me once he found my pants. After another two weeks passed without hearing from him I stopped by to pick up my pants. He told me he had lost them. I was rightfully furious and demanded he refund the alteration fee and dry cleaning fee I paid for plus reimburse me for the cost of the pants. His response was give him more time to locate my pants (it has now been over four weeks since I had originally dropped them off) and he refused to refund the alteration and dry cleaning cost and refused to reimburse me for my pants. The owner of this business lacks any sense of small business ethics and basic human decency. I am reporting this to BBB and will follow with a civil suit as a matter of principle.
