Then one returned with what looked like some detergent dried on. Then little things like the shirt not being flat when they pressed it, especially along the buttons. The big one was when they returned my clothes but didn't have the coat to my suit. It wouldn't have been a big deal except I was flying out the next morning. Luckily I had another suit I could wear but then I had another problem, I didn't want them delivering my jacket to a house that would be empty for days. I called and explained I was missing an item and asked they call me back. No return call. A day later I called again. Still no return call. When I finally got home, there was my suit coat, hanging by my front door, like a banner signaling to passers by that no one was home!
