The car was done much sooner than expected (yay!) and Tommy handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to helping out with the rental car. When I got the car back it looked great. They even touched up some of the other scratches on the car while they were at it. The car was returned in mint condition completely cleaned and beautiful. And that's exactly the kind of 5-star experience that I had in getting my badly crunched car roof repaired at Brookside Auto. I really could not recommend this shop any more highly. After reluctantly paying we got our car back. Fast forward a month later and the car completely breaks down a second time. The owner once again refused to pick up the car causing us to pay for another private tow. We were reluctant to return the car to them but the transmission should be under warranty right? WRONG!
