He made the assessment himself, spotted the problems then gave me an estimate on the spot. He then texted me a contract which I Docusigned. We set up an appointment for March 31. On March 29 Ezekiel called me if I was available Monday, March 30 for the roofing job. He said there's a rain in the forecast starting Tuesday through Thursday and he wanted to get the work done before the rain. Of course I agreed because I was worried too for the rain because it will cause some leaks inside the house again. So they came and worked on the roof today from about 10 am to 4pm. He sent 4 guys for the job. After the job was completed, he sent me pictures taken by the workers and I compared them to the pictures he had taken when he made the assessment himself. My husband and I are happy for the service they had done. They also cleaned our gutters!! They cleaned the surroundings of the house for the debris and dust. Very Satisfied customer here!!!
