He made the assessment himself, spotted the problems then gave me an estimate on the spot. He then texted me a contract which I Docusigned. We set up an appointment for March 31. On March 29 Ezekiel called me if I was available Monday, March 30 for the roofing job. He said there's a rain in the forecast starting Tuesday through Thursday and he wanted to get the work done before the rain. Of course I agreed because I was worried too for the rain because it will cause some leaks inside the house again. So they came and worked on the roof today from about 10 am to 4pm. He sent 4 guys for the job. After the job was completed, he sent me pictures taken by the workers and I compared them to the pictures he had taken when he made the assessment himself. My husband and I are happy for the service they had done. They also cleaned our gutters!! They cleaned the surroundings of the house for the debris and dust. Very Satisfied customer here!!! Highly recommend them just like how my niece recommended them to me.

The crew is very professional and do their best to do a good job. Part of my stress was uninstalling and re-installing of the solar panels. The electrician who did this job was very competent and my solar panels ran smoothly after being re-installed. He did my roof in April 2026 and failed to protect the roof adequately during a rainstorm and I sustained nearly $200,000 of damage to the interior of my home. Fortunately, my insurance is paying, but I will be unable to live in my home for 4-6 months. When he finished the roof, I was concerned about the quality of the roof work, so I hired another roofer to inspect Golden Top's work. The new roofer reported about 10 items that were incorrectly done or below industry standard. Armed with this report, I was able to get Golden Top to fix the items. If I hadn't gotten a new roofer to inspect and report, I never would have known how poor the work was. The worst of these was that Golden Top they had roofing nails penetrating through the exterior eaves all around the perimeter of my home. This is a major source of potential moisture damage. David agreed that is was not up to Industry Standards and agreed to repair it and he did. But he did a crappy job, and when I told him I was not satisfied, his comment to me was, "well, we are not painters. If you want to hire a painter to fix it, you can, but I am not paying for it." See photo of my finished eaves below - crappy paint job and left bare unpainted wood. All this and the roof and gutters with guards cost me over $90,000!!!!! You have been warned.

Our home with 2 stories and over 2900SF took them 3.5 days to complete the project. They started from 0730am to 3:30pm daily. They keep the working area very nice, clean and tidy. They replaced front porch dry rot and painted for us. We are very pleased and happy with American roofing company. Each one who I contact very nice and polite. Very happy with this company. Highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Their price is very reasonable.
