I called RidgeValley Roofing for a roof inspection, They were very prompt and quick to take my order. This was done after all the storms that we we're having in the area. Thank goodness there was no sign of destruction. He did find some mold and dry rotting along the side of the roof near my chimney. The crew was very professional and informative, they took multiple pictures of my roof and the mold along side. I am very grateful for the crew and there excellent attention to detail. Didn't even want to leave 1 Star! Came out several months ago, I have called every month for my estimate since then. Promised and promised to send my estimate, never did. I guess I am kinda of glad, spoke to someone else in our park who had them do their roof, said they were extremely messy Bottom line is this... If they do not have the time or office organization to call you back about your estimate, they probably won't show on time to do your work even if they were hired! read more

My husband contacted Rick and he replied very quickly. He came to our house to provide an estimate, within a day of our initial contact. My fascia boards where rotting in various corners, RidgeValley did a great job fixing all the rot, and going above and beyond, they added flashing to divert water away from the corners so this wont be a problem again in a few years, and even went as far as to touch up paint anywhere they had access too! Rick and his father Tony did an amazing job. It was crunch time because right after they finished, about an hour later it started pouring and kept raining for a few days. They made an appt to give me an estimate, they were on time, thorough and were very reasonable with their quote. After the quote I decided to use them and it was easy to make an appt that fit my schedule. They showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure I checked inside to ensure there were no leaks. I was very happy with their service. WOW! Started off really well. Roof damaged 10/25 due to storm. Hard to find available roofers. Called numerous. Finally got a hold of RidgeValley. Woman was knowledgeable and professional.
