I did get another bid and let's just say the other company was know no where near the bid I got from Leo. Leo knew I was on a time frame due to leaving the state. The other was at the back where the the downspout and elbow connector had fallen off. Both were on the second story, so I needed an expert to work on them. I made contact through text and sent pictures and was able to set up an appointment quickly. After seeing their work and how they work I asked them for a quote for gutters and to replace facia boards. The quote was lower than others I had priced. The owner Oscar was very polite, professional and his prices very reasonable. Not only that but they arrived on time at 8A and got to work right of way. His workers were friendly and polite and hard workers. The job was done on the same day and left everything clean and in good order. They even paint the new facia boards to match everything (paint not included). Overall, I am very happy with all the work they did and I highly recommend this business.

Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.
