Tower Personal Training has been amazing for me and my family. I started training for both my son (AuADHD teen) and myself to support in creating good, healthy habits as well as confidence for my son feeling resistant and struggling with middle school PE. Grant was so patient, positive, and working with him was truly confidence building for my son (felt like a life personal coach at the same time). He always met my son where he was at and supported me in carving out some time for much-needed self-care and showing me the strength I already had to build on. Kimberly & Grant are a truly amazing team and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Tower Personal Training is by far the best fitness training experience I've ever had. They were recommended to me via my physical therapist after I had experienced some inflammation by doing weightlifting wrong. It was important to find a trainer that understood fitness injuries and how they occur and how to recover. Injuries happen for lots of reasons, and it can be extremely discouraging when they persist even when you think you are doing the right thing. The human body is way more intricate, and an expert who understands that can help you get back on the right track. The Tower team is exactly that. Once I started training with Grant, the training took on a whole new dimension. Not only does he know an immense amount about how the body works, he looks at the health of the individual, not just a couple of muscles. It's about living and eating healthy, getting good sleep, and building a foundation of good form for essential exercises. We went back to the basics at first, no fancy gym equipment required, and built a weekly exercise plan from there. Over time, we designed fun-but-challenging fitness and muscle-building routines with built-in recovery days. The results were amazing. I look and feel great. read more

I've been using Tower Personal Training for several months now. I hadn't had any kind of workout routine in years (decades really :-O) and was nervous that it would be too much, but they've made the transition back into working out so seamless and enjoyable. Becca is amazing - she was great at meeting me where I was and slowly & continuously building up my strength, and also being fun and friendly when my kids and dogs come in and out of the workout. I'm a huge fan of Tower and highly recommend it! read more

Tower Personal Training has far exceeded my expectations of what I was hoping to get out of working with a personal trainer. Kimberly is AMAZING!! Here are some of the reasons why: 1) The corrections she makes to my form make a HUGE difference in the quality of my workout. 2) The workouts are customized to exactly what I need, and Kimberly challenges me while still being extremely motivating. Time flies by! 3) Kimberly is extremely knowledgable and careful about postpartum workouts. 4) She provides really helpful guidance on nutrition and tips for eating healthy when you don't have a lot of time for meal prepping. 5) She is always extremely supportive and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

I never post reviews - but I'm making an exception for Kimberly Tower. When I started training with Kimberly, I wanted to bicycle more, but I was having a lot of knee problems. Kimberly worked with me to build strength and taught me healthy eating patterns that don't mean "dieting". I now ride pain free and can climb long hills (like Old La Honda!) without stopping - which is a first in my life! She's very conscientious about building strength without inviting more injury or strain. I highly recommend her services. read more

I'm writing a review for Creed Black - he is absolutely wonderful. Our disabled adult daughter has been working out with him twice a week since the depths of the Pandemic - so for over 2 years. She was unable to go out or participate in any regular activities, and it was taking a toll. Finding Creed to do outdoor workouts with her was a godsend. She has trouble following normal athletic or training instruction, but Creed has worked with her, being incredibly patient, so that she can now do a full workout routine properly. She is learning new skills all the time. She is now enthusiastic about exercising and totally looks forward to her time with Creed. Can't say enough good things about him, and we look forward to working with him for a long time. read more

I have worked with Michelle Cornett for many years! She had helped me reach and accomplish my workout and nutrition goals! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work! Highly recommend her! read more

With no motivation to get in shape on my own, I wanted to find a trainer who would help me meet my goals and would hold me accountable. I found Tower Personal Training here and have been so pleased that I did! My initial call with Kimberly confirmed that Tower would be a great fit for me and I was paired with Maricela. I've been working out with Maricela for four months now and look/feel great! She is amazing. She pushes me, tailors my workouts to me, encourages me, and is fun/easy to be around. After we started working out together, I got pregnant and Maricela hasn't missed a beat - she's prenatal certified which is important to me. Despite the fact that my belly is growing, I'm still making great progress in a safe and healthy way. I can't recommend Maricela and the whole Tower crew enough! read more

I've been working with Creed Black from Tower for several years. He's been fantastic. We have a specific game plan to keep up my mobility and strength while my work schedule is busy, and when time allows we lean in to build strength and raise my baseline. I have a herniated disc in my neck that used to flare up every 3-6 months. Creed has worked with me to build up my strength to minimize those flare ups - now they happen less often and when they do happen they are far less severe. On top of that, I'm an avid golfer and am hitting the ball farther than ever - over the past year Creed has helped me push my swing speed from 105 to 115. Creed has been awesome and I love the personalized plan that we have, his ability to motivate me, and the dedication to my success. Thanks Creed and Tower Personal Training - highly recommend! read more

I work with Vince B and he's fantastic. Workouts are hard - and varied - and he's fun to hang out with. Incredibly nice person who really knows his stuff, not just training but overall physiology. Great across a wide spectrum of athletic abilities. read more

I had been seeing a Physical Therapist who connected me with Tower Personal Training. The first call was amazing. Kimberly asked me a bunch of questions to help her figure out a good personality/drive match to her trainers and that's how I met Creed. He is kind, respectful, and listens. I never liked personal trainers before this because I always felt like I had to conform to their (often unrealistic) expectations of what my body can do at its current fitness level. Creed is different. He created something that was curated to my body's exact needs, tweaks it regularly to meet new needs or move away from motions that aggravate any of my many conditions I manage, and provides exactly the kind of gentle but firm support I thrive in. I'm even running (well let's be honest it's a walk/run at this point) for the first time and I'm not hurting myself. Thank you so so much for the support and mental permission to succeed. LOVE this team! And as the kids say LETS F*CKING GOOOOOOOOOO. read more

Kimberly has the rare gift of body intelligence. It feels amazing to work with someone who can "read" your body as if it's a complex text to interpret. I'm a runner who also did casual strength training for years, and I thought I was pretty strong and fit. But after my remote first session working with Kimberly, she helped me realized that I hadn't been properly engaging my glutes. With Kimberly's guidance, I had a "glute epiphany" in that first session, and it carried over not only into more effective strength training, but also faster, smoother running than I've ever experienced. I'm still kind of in disbelief!! (By the way, it's also amazing to me that Kimberly helped me with these adjustments in a REMOTE session as it was at the beginning of the pandemic. She does both remote and in-person training, as well as nutrition counseling) I think one thing that makes working with Kimberly so great is that she is truly interested in your body: nothing makes her more excited than to give your body's movement her full attention, and to work her magic to bring it into it's highest potential according to your goals. read more
