Stopped in this place the other night to use the restroom and get a snack and something to drink while at work and when I walked in I was amazed how clean and modern this place was! I walked around for a bit while I looked for a snack and drink! And I was very impressed at the selection of everything they had there! There is so much to choose from from simple snacks and candy to full on meals depending on what your in the mood for! And the drink selection was incredible from water and soda to energy drink and healthy drinks to even a beer cooler and a hard alcohol section if that's what you're in the mood for! And I asked the worker if they were all locations were set up the same and he said yes! So I highly recommend this business and I'll definitely be back again! read more

I went to Costco for gas this morning and they are closed until 1PM. The next option is Tower Market, as it is on the way home. While dispensing the petrol into my car, I decide to walk in as I have heard about different food items available on the go. I picked up a breakfast burrito for my wife and a Cuban Sandwich for yours truly. Being of Cuban descent, I have had so many Media Noches and standard Cuban's. The sandwich I picked up wrapped and ready was $6.49 and DELICIOUS! Was it gourmet? No, but for the price and the amount an incredible value. Every time I come in here, the workers are rude and theyhave no knowledge of what is actually going on.. I asked how old the potato wedges were. And they said, I don't know, and I said, can you find out?They acted very annoyed and asked another girl.And she said, i've only been here an hour.So it's like they're not keeping track of how long the food's been in there.. I bought two potato wedges, and the the coating was completely hard.. I just threw them away and didn't waste my time to go back in.. Every time I come here, I get sass from the workers when I try to ask about the hot food.. that's their job.. As a customer, we should be able to know how long the food has been sitting in the hot case. They should also know this..don't buy their hot food it's old af sadly read more

This is really a great place to get gas. That's because I can fill up my belly while getting gas. The breakfast sandwich is really delicious. One of my favorite foods is fried chicken You really can't go wrong when you fry it. And the fried chicken at this stop actually is giving the Colonel a run for his money. And it's cheap at that. Today is my roommate's birthday, so I figured I would buy her dinner. We had heard about the fried chicken here and were eager to try it out. Let me tell you, this has to be some of the best fried chicken, barring Memaw Bujan's southern fried chicken, I've ever had! The seasoning on the chicken adds just enough oomph to the flavor, the meat itself was incredibly juicy as well as savory, and the coating was not soggy at all!! We bought the chicken sandwiches, 2 breasts and a pound of potato wedges. I managed to eat half a sandwich and 2 potato wedges the size of a ski each! I am stuffed!! We have left overs and I can't wait to eat my chicken breast and the rest of those giant potato wedges for a late dinner! I have gone to Tower for their fried chicken for several years because it taste so good. This time I pre-ordered/paid for 10 breasts and six wings & thighs. I picked up at 6 pm When I got there they said " you must be the guy that we didn't get your name earlier" My chicken was however ready. When I got home and unwrapped it fir my visiting guests that I had bragged so much about the chicken, I was shocked at the size of the individual breasts. They were each the size of a football, clearly the breast had not been quartered. Because if their size the outer meat was over cooked and very tough, the inner meat was uncooked. Worse yet I got very sick that evening I will never go here again. read more

2nd lowest gas price in the desert other than sam's club / costco. Convenience store is quite nice. There's a hot foods counter that sells 8 pieces of fried chicken for a pretty good deal. Don't get their burritos though, was bland. read more

I wanted to pay with cash for my gasoline. I gave the cashier my $50.00, however the pump stopped at $49.99. No more gas was being dispensed even though my tank still had room for more. It's just a penny. I wasn't going to go back in for a penny. But I have heard about this happening at other places, and those pennies add up quickly in someone else's picket. Am I mistaken? This chain is relatively new, and I love it, but not sure where they get their managers. This morning 10:15 AM, look at the tape. Cashier apologizing for not having dimes, and expects you'll just walk out without your correct change. Instead of taking customers money why not round up or down, manager Chris just stood there while I was arguing with clerk about thinking it's ok to just say sorry, I don't have change. He did it to me and the customer in front of me. It's not the dimes it's the principal. You're the business without change. Round up, round down, that's fair. Also, why isn't the manager jumping in and helping the line move quicker. Slow service again today read more

Best fried chicken ! Hot, fresh, crispy and moist. Love it. Actually heading to one in a few minutes to get some for dinner tonight. This particular location on Monterey is very new, it's clean and laid out very well. The only reason I don't give this location 5 stars is because of Jade who took our order at the front counter. She snapped at us and had nothing but bad attitude and dirty looks even though we tried smiling and speaking nicely to her. It was so bad that I still remember her name days later and I'm terrible with names. Luckily there are other Tower Markets to visit in the valley and they all seem to have great fried chicken and kinder service. read more

Extremely overpriced by double what you would pay at other convenience stores.The store also has a really unpleasant odour.

So far for this new location it is convenient and very quick stop in for fuel and food. The fuel prices have been good. The parking lot is huge so parking big rigs is mot a problem. I only hope they stay competitive with Sam'sClub and Costco. read more

Stopped for gas & was not happy that they put a hold on my card for 3 times the amount of gas that I purchased & then when I called from the pump to get a receipt the attendant was rude. They don't seem to understand who the customer is. Not sure I will be going there again. I certainly won't recommend them. read more

What a complete joke! The pump is very difficult to get it to pump gas. The attendant was nice, but wanted me to go to another pump. Why? I'll just go somewhere else where the pump works the first time. Never coming back. read more

While the chicken is amazing, I had less than fair customer service by employee Zoe. From the moment I went to the counter to buy chicken she greeted me with attitude. I was standing near the chicken and she insisted I move over to the register. I explained I was wanting to buy chicken but again she snapped at me to come to the counter rather than meet me over to the deli section. I told her I wanted 1 pound of the potato wedges and three pieces of chicken. She asked what pieces I want so I went back over to where the chicken was to show her and she rolled her eyes. She packaged the food and because I was sharing I asked to get a few more potato wedges and she literally huffed at this request. I apologized to her explaining I thought it would be more and she didn't say anything to me. She literally didn't even tell me how much I owed and when I gave her the money she set my change on the counter, still not talking to me. I really don't understand what prompted this attitude but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will however be back as the food is phenomenal and outside of this encounter I have had terrific customer service. read more

i'm not sure if it's just a few or all the workers at this location: apparently they're illiterate and have very short memories. they're also rude when you have to remind them of the item you JUST Asked for.‍they also seem to have a perpetual coin shortage and actually ask you to round up when they can't cover it. read more
