Have you ever heard of dry cleaners on the 22nd floor of a building? Neither have I, until I stumbled upon Tower Cleaners! Thanks to Yelp, I found cleaners that miraculously removed almond butter oil all over my silk dress. Yea, it was a sad accident while scooping out almond butter that splattered all over my dress. The lady was super friendly and warned me that it may leave a stain but thank the clothing gods, my dress was STAIN FREE!! Back to its normal condition :) It was one of my favorite dresses too, so I'm so relieved. The dress cost $12 for dry cleaning, which I think is a pretty good price, considering they were able to get rid of the stains. I'll definitely bring in more clothes for dry cleaning too. read more

My things (10 pieces) came back mostly clean, and I do have to say the pressing/ironing was very very well done. I have big complaints, however, because two of those garments (at least two, that I have noticed so far)-a wool coat with silk lining and wool pants with lining-have been returned to me very damaged. The lining in the coat is tore from a seam about a foot and a half from the hem of the coat. The lining now hangs down below the hem. The lining of the pants are shredded, to the point where I couldn't even get my foot inside the pant left since the lining was so shredded. Furthermore, this place was very expensive. I will never come here again, and do no recommend for anyone else to come here either. read more

A very nice woman helped me and told me that they would do their best even though it is still possible that the dress would be worse than that. After one week, I went to pick up my dress and other clothes. It is AMAAAAAZING! The dress looks like a new one and its original color is not influenced at all. I don't know how they did. It is like a magic. After the 20% off discount, I just spent $8 to recover this damaged dress. I truly appreciated their help. I'm not one for writing reviews, but I felt compelled to show my support for Tower Cleaners because of how great my experience was. I needed to get the hem of one of my dresses lengthened by a few inches, but didn't know where to go since there are so many dry cleaners and tailors in this area of Westwood. I read tons of Yelp reviews to try to find a good place, but unsurprisingly, the great reviews were for cleaners way out of my price range. I was about to give in and pay up, but decided to give Tower Cleaners a call first. I was pleasantly greeted by a very sweet woman who answered my questions about their pricing (other cleaners I called either responded rudely or told me I had to come in person to find out about the costs). In the end, I paid $20 for a very good and timely job by their tailor (dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and picked it up Thursday afternoon). I would highly recommend coming here for any of your needs; though I have only used their alteration services so far, I would definitely come again for anything else as their prices are cheaper than the surrounding businesses and they seem very reliable. The lady at Tower Cleaners is amazing but the level of service I received was not. I had to get two suits and a bowtie dry-cleaned due to some crazy adventures a few nights before. The cleaning was done right and the price was fair. But the tie to my bowtie was disconnected in the process. I didn't found out until a day later when I was inspecting the job. I took it back and the lady fixed it for me for free but used a black thread to needle a white bowtie (barely noticeable but not ideal for sure). Everything about this business felt right and had it not been the bowtie incident, I would have given 5 stars. I also don't think my check in discount was applied too :( Enjoy yourselves. read more

Quick update: I brought in a new shirt that had gotten a nasty stain on it (mustard, I think). It looked severe, and I wanted to save the shirt. When I went to pick it up (and other items I had left), I was told that they didn't have success laundering the stain out, so they were going to try dry cleaning it. At first, I didn't understand why they hadn't dry cleaned it first, but perhaps this is their standard practice. I came back a few days later and the stain was gone, miraculously.
