Recently they have an extremely rude employee - an employee who leaves early and well before closing time. I had some things I was picking up for a trip - when I arrived they were closed well before their posted hours (I even called before to let them know I was on the way). This ruined my trip as I didn't have some clothes that I needed and had to purchase items on the trip. Also, the second time I have arrived and they have been closed before closing time. When I came in to pick up my items after the trip I asked the employee for a discount seeing as they had caused such an inconvenience. The employee became combative and rude. I will not be returning - which is sad as I have been a loyal customer for years. Not sure why they allow this employee to behave in this manner. I should also note that when I came home I discovered my beautiful floor length silk dress was cleaned improperly and is now ruined. DO NOT GO HERE.

Instead of SuitSupply tux pants, we were given Kenneth Cole suit pants in a completely different size, length, and color. To be fair, I had the tux cleaned in July 2025 and didn't open the bag until December. That said, giving a customer entirely different pants, especially when the original pants are expensive - is a serious error. When I brought the issue back in January, the staff seemed confused, offered no apology, and provided no solution. They claimed they don't have a lost and found (other than one pair of Levi's), refused to refund the $26 cleaning fee, and said they'd check with other locations and call me back. It's now been over a week with zero follow-up. The tux pants cost $270, and the complete lack of accountability, communication, or basic customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen - but how a business handles them matters. This was handled poorly at every step. Will not return and do not recommend.
