I've only brought my Chanel flats here so far, but I'll definitely be bringing my Louboutins in the future. He even showed me examples of Louboutins he had worked on, and they looked amazing! So happy I found this place -- highly recommend, especially for designer shoes!

I've been there at least a few times since my last review and it was actually pretty pleasant. Also noticed that there were more carts. Which makes everything so much easier and people can do their laundry more comfortably. There are a few things that could use some work. For starters, hot water is hardly ever available. And I think it's quite unfair to pay more for semi warm water when I need and choose hot for a reason. I use it when washing whites, sheets and kitchen towels. It's really for sanitation purposes. Then there's a lot of machines with missing labels on the button for you to choose your preferred settings. And many machines are different so you can't just go by the ones that have their labels. They went from 25 cents for 12 minutes of drying , to 9 minutes, to a whole 6 minutes. It's getting quite expertise. And last, what makes no sense to me is how a machine that can wash up to six loads, be limited to 25-28 minutes for a full cycle. And that's when paying extra for a heavy cycle. None of this is the staffs fault or responsibility to fix. And I hope the owner is aware of this and can work some more on getting this place back to what it always was.

First time using a wash and fold service, and certainly not the last time. Very happy with the price and the results! The items look better now than when I wore them before the cleaning. I dropped the items off at the cleaners around noon and could pick them up the next day. There was also free free parking behind the building. read more

Rosa is the Bomb! even though the water efficient washer didn't quite get clothes clean enough rosa made sure i was taken care of and left with no STANK in my bag and creates an awesome environment and works way too hard; i tell her to stop it besides dealing with the dudes that give $12 and say $20, thank you rosa! read more

One of the great things from Eco Coastal Cleaners is that they're mobile, so the entire process of dropping off and delivery was very convenient. I interacted with Larry. I submitted a request for a quote through Yelp, which he responded quickly to. I reserved a pickup date through their website, Larry came to pick up and gave me a time estimate for the cleaning (2 days because I wasn't in a hurry). Throughout the process, Larry was very communicative and gave me a 30 min head's up when he was about to arrive. Prices were also reasonable. Larry accepts all form of payments, and I ended up using Venmo. Everything was very convenient and professional, and I would definitely recommend.
