Been coming here for 3+ months now because my apartment doesn't have a washer/dryer. There's always machines available. They have a coin machine to get coins for your bills. Look this place isn't perfect but you can wash/dry your clothes it's not rocket science. I like it better than the other laundry places I've been to. I will continue to come here!! read more

washers work great, dryer are terrible spent so much time and kept adding coins. 25¢ gets you 8min and even on high they did not dry my clothes or blankets. waste of my day off. but if you have the whole day to spend I guess it's worth it. but definitely will not be heading here to wash again read more

Pretty sure no one works at this place! I used to be a regular customer years ago, went in today because our washing machine is broken. While I was there, two adults, one who had young children them, decided to have a screaming match with each another in the middle of the business. It was very unnerving and, from the looks on the faces of the other patrons, I could tell I was not the only one who felt unsafe being there. No one working at the laundromat came out of the office to try to remedy the situation. I honestly don't know if anyone was working there at all. Also, the dryers are terrible. The change machines didn't work. I had to go across the street and beg for quarters at Gelson's. Luckily they were nice. One of the washers that I first put my clothes in didn't work. good thing I didn't put my detergent in right away - the clue was there was detergent in it already unused. I was told the dryers don't dry very well so we asked somebody and they said two of the dryers actually work OK. I will be looking elsewhere next time. read more

My clothes and linens now reek with a disgusting odor of cigarette smoke, cheap detergent fragrance and whatever nasty filth was in the load previous. Clean, spacious and efficient. There's also an attendant. The parking is awful as it's tandem, but get here when it's not busy and that's not so bad. Apparently that blue tape on the machines means it's "Out of Service." Didn't help much as it still took my coins and ran. Just pumped out cold air. So forty minutes later, I had to re-dry! Run. Don't walk. Away from this place. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I washed two large loads of laundry. One came out sopping wet. I figured I'd just suck it up and pay extra to get my clothing dry. I put my stuff in the dryer and 30 minutes later discovered that one of the dryers wasn't working. I pointed this out to the guy there along with the fact that the washer was also broken. His response was that I should have checked the dryer after a minute to be sure it was working. Then he started ranting about some number I was supposed to call and that I could have three quarters. I told him his machine was broken and he told me to never come back again and I better be out at 9pm. So now I have a bag of still damp laundry, and I'm out an extra $5 and hour of time thanks to their broken machines. I'll never come back here again. read more

This laundromat is tempting due to the location, but RESIST THE URGE! 50% of my visits to this location have resulted in theft. The homeless are rampant onsite as employees are never present. So, transients loiter and wait...and watch for their moment. I have had fleeces stolen from dyers and 'tap cards' stolen from my laundry bin. It's filthy. The floors are disguising. The machines are a crapshoot. Some work, some don't (marked by an 'x' with scotch tape), some work with moderation (washing machines that don't use enough water). Stay away! read more

Oh well. Not sure I will be using this laundry again, as the wash machines were a little dirty inside (had something left from the people before or some paper towels left overs, not sure) last time I have been there and they ruined two of my sweaters, which I was very upset about. On the other hand, out of two machines I used to wash one was ok. Dryers are old but working fast. Price- acceptable. On the bright side - cheap detergent, nice manager on duty and open late. read more

*Revised* My original review is below. Out of the 8 machines I used, three were broken. I ended up finding a contact number and they sent someone to help. He was friendly, refunded me, and resolved the problem. This laundry mat may just be overused, since many machines weren't working properly. I don't think I'll come back, but I wanted to give a good review as they did resolve things rather quickly. I'm trying to contact the owner/manager: Today was my first visit to your business, and my quarters got stuck in machine #25. There's no one here to assist and I cannot find a contact number anywhere. Input in $1.75 and the machine shows $0.75 and is not returning my quarters. The machine is not operating. Places are clean and all the washers appear to work. However, very hit and miss with the dryers. When I spoke with the attendant about it...his English became poor and kept telling me it was 'OK' but didn't offer more time or anything. Not a great customer service. Also a couple homeless people working the room. Just waiting for someone to leave or drop something. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BLANKETS or SLEEPING BAGS UNATTENDED. They stopped giving quarters for laundry and the manager called everyone inside a motherfucker, yelled he was sick of the system, and stormed out. I'm also sick of the system, however this is no way to run a business much less treat your costumers. Will not be returning. read more

Came here before work to wash my scrubs. Very quiet place and clean. There is free parking in the back of their building. Washer machines are clean and so is the facility. $1.75 for one load and the dryers are .25 cents. read more

Extremely unpleasant owner/manager runs the place now. The elderly man who used to run it was great. This new manager harasses clients about parking. I've had items stolen from my wash here and the dryers swallow your quarters. read more

Great clean place, cheaper than other laundromats, with a nice breeze coming through. It also has a sink with running water to wash hands and plenty of sanitizer(during Covid). I've been to all the laundromats around here and this is the only one I'll be coming to moving forward. read more

This laundromat is located in very good location and is pretty big but was unattended when I was there . They have small parking lot in the back that is stacked. With that being said a lot of machines appear to be out of order and not all of them are marked. They do sell soap for 75 c if you forget to bring yours from home. One of the drier failed to work properly and all of the close were dripping wet. No mop/mop bucket is left out and there was no attendant on duty. Broom and dustpan is left and it appears people use it as place didn't have much trash on the floor. In addition to fixing all of the machine, owner should leave mop and bucket out. I am sure someone would have mopped the floor as I saw one lady sweeping because she was bored according to her. read more

I'm furious right now. This was "my" laundromat for the past 15 years. I've never had an issue with Management. Today, I'm in my car waiting for it to open, the porter comes out, taps my window and throws me off the premises, telling me never to return. WTF?!? Clearly he has me confused with someone else. Spent almost $10 on laundry here but clothes were streaked with black from the defective washing machine and not ckean. Clerk refused to refund my money. As sweat poured down my face and my blood pressure reached dangerous levels, the owner laughed at my dirty clothes. He was extremely abusive and combative. I ordered a commercial washing machine from coin op laundry service. I was told that they had a used Maytag commercial machine that was re-conditioned and in pristine condition. As it was less expensive than a new machine, I ordered it. They delivered to me a machine that was not in good shape, had a defective coin slot, and did not work. Discovering an immediate problem, on a machine that was supposed to be in pristine condition, I called Coin-op Laundry and told them I wanted to buy a new machine, pay the difference, and have them pick up the defective one. I wasn't at the job site to accept the delivery. About a week later, I went to look at the new machine (that I ordered) and discovered that they delivered a Speed Queen Washer... Not the Maytag that I ordered. I called Coin-op, spoke with George, and was told they didn't deal with new Maytag machines, and that the Speen Queen they delivered was better. After more discussion, I realized that I was getting nowhere and told him I would give him a negative rating and take him to court. Upon hearing this, he told me never to call him for any service repairs. read more

Contrary to popular belief in LA most psychics are hacks and charlatans, and if you do not post your policies where they are visible or at all, your patronage cannot by default know what they are. When I pointed this out to the proprietor of this absolute shitheap of a business, very calmly, I might add, he proceeded to yell at me saying to do what he said and not to argue, though it is worth pointing out he was the only one who raised his voice. Icing on the cake, as I'm walking to my vehicle, the guy who literally blocked me in with his vehicle locked it as I walked by. Now: I'm sure if put to the iron he would say; "Oh, no. You're mistaken. It's not because of YOU that I locked my car, mere coincidence I promise." However you spin it, he locked the door when I walked by. What level of belligerence would compel ANYONE to break into, vandalize, and/or burglarize, the vehicle literally blocking them in, with the driver mere feet away? Again, it comes back to lack of common sense. Lack of erudition, lack of belief in the goodness of strangers. I see how it comes about. I've been coming to this laundromat twice a week for 2 years and I've seen the manager here speak derogatory to his customers 3 times!!! Once to this older lady that was begging him to stop yelling at her because she had diabetes-- BEGGING!! I was washing my clothes today and somehow a small bottle managed to get inside my clothes so he had to stop the machine and he kept yelling at me saying "You're fucking stupid why did you do that?!" I told him not to call me that and that I apologize it was a mistake I didn't see it otherwise I would of thrown it out and he continued to call me stupid, humiliating me in front of other customers. He said "I'm angry I can call you whatever I want". IS THAT A WAY TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER?!?! Last week it was to a girl who was maybe 22-23 years of age and this week it was to me. I have been doing my laundry here on and off for the past 15 years. It had always been my favorite. I'm extremely picky since I grew up with a washer and dryer in my home so I'm still spoiled after all these years. The last couple of times I did laundry I went somewhere else because Coin Op installed some water cleaning machinery on the outside so something doesn't quite make sense to me. Are they filtering dirty laundry water so people can drink it? I don't know, just seems weird. Anyway, I don't care to share how many loads of clothes I needed to wash, but for some reason I only brought one load and a comforter today and was so disappointed in what used to be the coolest laundromat in town (IMHO). The first thing I noticed were several red signs on machines that were out of order, some of the machines were rusted & defaced, the floor was littered with paper & dryer sheets and the trash cans were overflowing. What happened to my laundromat?!?!?! It was so unpleasant I had to go take a walk while my clothes were drying. When I got back, I was happy to see someone sweeping the floor and tending to the machines. He was a nice man and told him how I felt. Apparently he and his brother are the new owners (since 2011) and they own the wheelchair store right next door. On the plus side there is now a restroom we can use over there but it would seem that the place would be kept up better since the owners are just a few feet away. I'm just glad I didn't bring my usual 5 loads today. My dream when I grow up is to have a laundry room in my home once again. read more
