Nor did I realize most of the dark rides across the whole world are created and developed here! It was amazing!! Our tour guide led us through the building while showing us all of the stages of creating an epic dark ride. This made me think about amusement parks in a whole different way. The tour was about an hour and was very informative. We asked lots of questions and met people from different departments along the way. Highly recommend booking a free tour and checking this out. It would be great for kids as well!

It was a bit too far and too expensive for what it was so I decided to do my own research of places he would love, Sally Corporation became the place. I filled out the reservation form online and was told there were no spots available during our time in Florida. I couldn't take no for an answer. I emailed back explaining how much my son wants to be a Robotics Engineer and that we would wait as long as we needed to snag a spot. We got an email back the next day that two spots opened up!!! We made our way downtown and parked for free in the back. We entered to learn that the tour was also FREE...FREE! This facility is HUGE! They are arguably the largest producer of Dark Ride Amusements in the US and don't just make the robotic aspect of the animatronics, but they handle EVERY aspect of the creation and completion. From make up, costumes, design, voices, all of that! We were thrilled to see they had a...yep...FIVE NIGHTS OF FREDDY'S attraction! If you've ever been to he Ripley's in San Antonio, you will see one of their biggest sellers there, a ginormous T-Rex, that's their baby that sells for $90,000! The tour takes you to each department and you are truly immersed in their production. It is an working operation so you get to see the people behind the scenes at work, which was SO DAMN INSPIRING for my 11 yo who has told me for 4 TM years that this is what he wants to do in life. He got to see what his future could be like, which is absolutely priceless. The staff, facilities, location, displays, animatronics, all were 5 stars! Hands down a MUST when in Jacksonville! Come for a 10 or 11am tour and then take the FREE Skyway (Tram) to Hemming Park and Check our Sweet Peet's. Your kids will have the best day ever!

This was my first time on an airboat, and it definitely did not disappoint. While I wish we had seen a bit more wildlife, we still got to spot an alligator, a few turtles, and some beautiful ospreys along the way. This fee can be WAIVED if the booking is made over the phone or in person. No one at this company facilitates bookings over the phone, forcing the consumer to utilize this predatory booking software that makes all of their money through fees charged to the customer. This company doesn't pay a dime to use Fare Harbor. The booking software is free to them, and the customer pays for it through the fees. Many other alternatives do not make money this way: Bookeo, Resova, Checkfront, etc. This company doesn't have to use predatory software like fare harbor. They could pay for their software instead of forcing customers to pay for it. I have used this taxi service before for a sunset cruise. The staff is very friendly, and the boat ride is lovely. I wish they would change to a different software OR take reservations over the phone so customers wouldn't be forced to pay for their office supplies

We splurged on a balcony and were upgraded to an extended balcony. The room was bigger and we very much enjoyed the extra room and really took advantage of it. I didn't take pics but the bathroom was huge compared to a regular room. There was a seating area with a couch that we used for suitcases and dressing area. There was a small table with two comfortable arm chairs, a firm yet cozy, queen sized bed and more closets and storage than we needed. The cozy warm pajamas we brought were great so we never needed the fluffy robes provided with the room. The staff really were the stand outs. Virtually anything we asked for we were given. There are so many fantastic opportunities on board for fun, it's difficult to do them all. We most enjoyed the singing duo Thalia and Mike while sitting in the atrium bar. Check them out on the web. We enjoyed all the meals with the stand out being the Chef's Table experience. Really was expertly organized, with the meal so fantastic, it surpasses my ability to put into words. The chef and his staff were absolutely stellar. There were hits and slight misses for us, but overall, a meal to remember. The pork belly may have been my favorite course. The entire experience far surpassed the extra cost. Looking back, I've spent much more for far less. Just seeing all the chefs and staff needed to orchestrate one very special night for their guests and their sincere willingness to knock your socks off will be something I'll never forget. The room service breakfast sandwich was also memorable. I've never ever. EVER. had so much bacon on a sandwich. The egg was herby, fluffy and flavorful. Enough sandwich for two! The Szechuan shrimp from the main dining room was probably our favorite dish / meal outside of the chef's table experience. I had ordered the lamb bolognese, which was a standout on its own, but that shrimp! Really for a meal prepared for so many people at once, never did I think my plate was ordinary. . Our steward was absolutely fantastic and went far above and beyond making this trip extraordinary. Elation is not without her downfalls. She has ONE small pool and it's very sad. She's rusty and WAY overdue for drydock but for the value it hits the mark and the staff made it a VERY memorable trip.

No I was not part of this group, but with kids. The kids even said a good part of this group looked like dead people. I talked to a few in that group and they said the trip was boring. The old women stunk of perfume, even one spilled a hot drink on a kid and said to the kid I dont want you near me, so burned the child out of spite.
