Kyle knows a lot about the area and shared a ton of interesting information so I never felt bored or was tempted to wander. He provided great tips and suggestions for places to eat or do more sightseeing. The tour lasted almost two hours! It was a long walk, out in the sun so you should bring a water bottle and hat. This wouldn't be a good activity for anyone who has mobility issues, but it was great for us. We all enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore St. Augustine.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They also have suites they rent out for events or get aways. Newly remodeled and so picturesque this space is perfect in several ways such as location.. We quickly got through signing the waiver, and then WE WERE READY TO PARTY. The boat is BYOB. We brought some drinks and a charcuterie plate on board. The boat already came with a large cooler filled with ice and some waters. We were able to connect to Bluetooth and play our Bachelorette Playlist on board, which really set the vibes. Our route took us out of the marina, around the waterway, right by the fort, and the downtown nightlife. Once the sun went down, the tiki boat had colored lights that turned on. Our group really had a blast, and this was a highlight of our weekend, for sure. I want to give major kudos to our Captain, Jack. He was so great navigating the waters that were a little choppy in a few areas while making us feel safe. He also was such a good sport with our shenanigans and laughed along with us. I highly recommend this biat excursion and Captain Jack!

The boat is equipped with a sound system, setting the ambiance for a couples/date night or group outting. The tiki sunset cruise is an intimate experience, holding only 6 guests that can be booked by an entire party or individually. Captain Jack did an amazing job bringing the multiple parties together to enjoy a picture perfect evening on the water. $75 per person, not including taxes or tip. ARRIVING THERE: The boat launch was hard to find, as Google maps doesn't take you to the exact location. Allow yourself 30 minutes upon "arrival" so that you can get to the boat launch. We had to stop into multiple local businesses to ask where it was, as the employees who answer the phone do not work on premises and did not know how to guide us past what GPS says. If your GPS takes you to a residential neighborhood, you're in the right spot.

This boat was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious - and ready for our private 6 person charter. Captain and his wife were so hospitable and friendly. The really neat thing about this is the charter can be as informational (not not) as you'd like it to be. The family has been in St Augustine for quite a while and has tons of experience out on the water. They also know all the cool spots to visit in town, and they're happy to share. They took us on a nice long ride all up/down the coast of the historic city and pointed out some neat spots and wildlife along the way. We even got to see some young dolphins playing! Definitely would recommend checking out PIA if you're looking to see a different side of St Augustine. Affordable, friendly and fun!

The actors did a great job interacting with the kids and keeping them engaged, which definitely helped make the experience more enjoyable. We went during the day, and while it was quite hot, we expected that going in. For us, it's not something we'd do again, but it may be a great one-time experience for families with younger children. They also offer a night cruise, which might be a better option during the warmer months when the daytime heat can be intense. They have a bar onboard that serves mixed drinks, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, which is a nice touch for adults. Overall, it was an enjoyable enough experience, but not particularly memorable. I'd rate it as good, but not something I'd go out of my way to do again.

Ok, full disclosure, I "made" my husband take this tour with me. We were visiting for our…read moreanniversary and I HAD to do this tour. The reviews speak for themselves. (Pay no mind to the one ridiculous bad review. That guy is off his rocker...). Eddie and Melissa are the real deal. My husband was open minded about the experience so all I could hope for was that he had a good time. I was much more open to everything. We got through the intro at the office and we were on our way. Almost immediately at the Spanish Well (stop 1 of 3), my hubby got great pics of streaking orbs. He kept getting pulled toward areas and went with it. But from that first great pic, he was hooked. I didn't get much action there except some orbs, but it was a great first stop. Our second stop, the park by the lighthouse, was much more active! Hubby got "pushed" off a bench, and again, that got him more into it. I started humming to the "children" around and they started playing with hair (my hair was in a ponytail and I kept getting touched on the top of my head, so it wasn't wind blowing the tail, and I was no where near any low branches!). I sat at the same bench my husband got pushed off of and my digital camera (in my back rear end pocket) started vibrating. My camera does NOT vibrate! Once we got back to the "cat people" area, I got a lot more action. I heard a few hisses and one loud growl and I practically jumped onto my husband. I kept feeling my thigh and ankles being grabbed, lots of spider webs, and lots of random heaviness in my chest. Too cool! Our last stop was the most impressive. While I didn't get as much action there, personally, it certainly felt much different. The coquina mines are something else! It felt very heavy there. We kept hearing random noises that definitely weren't animals. At one point, my husband stepped a few feet off the trail, kneeled down and started taking pics. All of a sudden, all 4 of us started feeling and hearing stomping coming out of the woods and straight toward my husband. Both Eddie and Melissa both told him to get out of there which he thankfully did! They both said they saw 4 figures come up out of the ground about 6 feet in front of him. Both Eddie and Melissa said they had never seen anything else like that before. THAT was impressive! I still need to go through our pics from that moment, hopefully we got something. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we were the first group to go through the mines with the lantern off. We must have "gone dark" for about an hour. I think the spirits appreciated that because we got a lot of action without it. All in all, this was the most fun we've had in a LOOOOONG time, maybe ever. I can't wait to come back to St. Augustine and go back out with Eddie and Melissa to some other active places. If you're looking for a REAL paranormal tour, look no further. You won't regret it!!!

Our host met us right on time…read moreat a clearly marked location that was shared with us via text beforehand, making it easy to find. He gave a thorough and helpful explanation of how everything would work and encouraged us to ask questions at any point. The experience was very interactive, we were texting back and forth with the hosts throughout the hunt, sending pictures, asking questions, and submitting answers. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. It's clear they are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, which really adds to the experience. The scavenger hunt itself was fun, engaging, and packed with interesting stories, and we loved that it's designed to go at your own pace. We took our time, even stopping for drinks along the way, which made it even more enjoyable. It's a fantastic way to explore the full downtown area, get some steps in, and experience the city in a unique way. We're already looking forward to the future app/online version and would love to see this come to Savannah, GA!
