Great tour! The crew was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the history of the St Augustine area and other interesting Florida facts. We saw lots of dolphins and got pretty close to a few pods. It was definitely worth the money.

We have done the nights of lights tours and today did the brunch and bottlenose tour. Super cute each got our own charcuterie box and then there was a buffet of snacks on the boat also. Had seafood so i couldn't partake but looked yummy. Endless mimosas and the watermelon one was super legit. So tasty. The cruise went all the way down the intercostal lots of dolphin sightings too. Super nice crew and great food and info.

Lovely 90 minute cruise on the river. Marcel and Captain Mike were polite, professional and knowledgeable. We learned lots of interesting facts. Be sure to bring a jacket it does get windy on the water.

We booked a tour online and the instructions provided were very detailed. We arrived early and there was plenty of parking. The tour guide and captain were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to see dolphins and some historical landmarks. It was a time well spent!

I highly recommend the sunset cruise. You'll get history along with great views. It was fun to see the sights from the water. The crew was fantastic.

We did a sunset cruise with Captain Kevin & Rose. Highly recommend! Great narrative, beautiful views, fantastic music, dolphins, sunsets and drinks-what could be bad?? This is a must do!

Beautiful way to view the St Augustine night of lights! It was a little distance from the dock to the downtown waterfront, but it was such a pleasant trip! Free hot chocolate or upgrade to a shot of Bailey's for a nominal fee. Once we got to the Bridge of the Lions, they went back & forth to the fort and back several times for us to enjoy the lights. Truly worth every penny!

Enjoyed Florida Water Tours Night of Lights tour of the Saint Augustine holiday lights. Our host & captain were great, unfortunately my memory is not so great and so I forgot to write down their names lol We went on a Monday after having dinner King's Fish Grill, which is right off the dock a few steps. For our tour the price included hot chocolate, and there was a bar for additional purchases. The whole tour is about 75 minutes. Definitely bring a jacket or a blanket as the temperature can get cooler on the water, especially at night time.

Had a nice time on a Wednesday night with my wife on the boat tour . Unfortunately it was a very cold night but the crew made there jokes and offered us hot chocolate . Boat took us close to the shores of the city of lights , did about 5 turns , so plenty of pictures . Nice time on the water .tomorrow , will do a trolly at night .

Looking for something a little different and have some wine so how about drink wine on a boat! Great crew and lots of fun. Nice pours and decent wines. Not a bad price either. Well worth it.

A great experience with Florida Water Tours. AJ & Capt Skip did a great job although one of those FL pop up afternoon showers made for a wet finish. Saw lots of dolphins in Salt Run. The ospreys where feeding. The beer was cold - just a great trip. Make sure you do the trip. It's a 5.

Five stars for an awesome experience all around! My mom, husband and I went to St. Augustine to experience their Night of Lights since it's apparently one of the most popular display of holiday lights in the country. My husband found a Groupon for Florida Water Tours' Night of Lights cruise, so we were all set. Every single staff member - from the booking agent on the phone to the gift shop manager to the boat crew - was fantastic with their customer service and knowledge of the area and the Night of Lights. 2020 was the 27th year of St. Augustine's Night of Lights and it stemmed from an idea the mayor had 28 years ago to increase tourism in the winter months. All lights must be white and this is a nod to the city's Spanish heritage and the putting of white candles in the windows. The boat has a bar on board with some snacks and the (non-alcoholic) hot chocolate is complimentary. You are also welcomed to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages and food on board. Upbeat music plays in between commentary and educational facts from the host and we were extra lucky on our boat tour: not only did we get to watch the sunset, but we also saw a handful of dolphins AND an amazing full moon! All of this was in addition to the beautiful scenery and lights that St. Augustine has to offer during this time of year. Simply spectacular and we would definitely, definitely do any of their water tours again!

The BEST thing we did while in St. Augustine!! AJ was our guide for a 5pm dolphin tour. I didn't expect to see a lot of action, but we saw 20+ dolphins! The boat itself was very clean with a bathroom onboard. Chips and beer, water, Gatorade, wine, and sodas were available for purchase at a very reasonable rate. The crew were four friendly guys in their twenties or so & all smiles. AJ did an awesome job educating passengers on the animals and sites we were seeing. He would speak for a few minutes, give everyone time to enjoy themselves and the scenery/animals, then speak a bit more. I'm a teacher and found AJ to be very entertaining as an educator. He did a great job providing facts without being boring or monotone. He also talked about conservation and how to protect/save wildlife around us. The entire experience was fun, engaging, and worth every cent (which was very affordable for a fun evening out). Definitely take your family or friends out on this tour. And tip them. I didn't see many people leaving tips & these guys work for them.

So we rescheduled for mid-May. This time, everyone made it;))) We arrived a few minutes before the boat launched. It was extra crowded as we were told another tour company cancelled, so they let those customers on our boat. It was tight, but we were ready for some fun! We were moving along on Matanzas Bay about 10 minutes. I went to the restroom and noticed some open space in the back of the boat. I went back to the front and got me friends and that's where we hung out the remainder of the boat ride. I'm not a fan of restricted space, so this move felt great! We saw dolphins and an amazing sunset. We went under the Lions Bridge, went by the St Augustine Lighthouse and Castillo de San Marcos. I can't explain how absolutely perfect the weather was that night. But if I go again, I will choose mid-May! Not too hot or humid. The staff was fabulous and friendly! We all had an amazing time. Zach is very passionate about the preservation of this beautiful area and all the wildlife that lives here. He interacted so well with our two daughters who are 4 and 10, but was sure to engage with everyone on the boat so we all got a personalized experience. We saw so many dolphins and birds (the spoon bills were a special treat for us) which was our main objective. The boat itself was very comfortable and they were happy to accommodate our boat with an extra shade to keep my Mom more shielded from the sun. He also offered to take us out a hour earlier than the advertised time of 11 a.m. so that we could try to beat the heat, again to accommodate the older guests on the boat. Our girls had the best time taking their turns driving the boat and he even treated them to shark teeth after the trip because he heard us talking about shark teeth hunting and we had asked him about secret spots to look for them. Captain Zach is just an easy going guy with a lot of passion and expertise that he loves to share. Having that kind of person as our tour guide really made the experience for us. With a perfect 75° evening forecasted for a Saturday night, it seemed like an ideal way to enjoy the occasion. Their online booking system was easy to use, and after our credit card was authorized, we were all set for a 5:00 PM departure. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the dock, things took a disappointing turn. The business office was open, but no staff were inside. After asking around at nearby boats, we learned that no one from Sabrage had been seen all day. I called the number provided, only to reach voicemail. About ten minutes after 5:00, I finally received a callback informing me that they had simply overlooked our reservation and did not have staff available to run the boat that night. It's incredibly frustrating to book an event on a Friday, only to show up the next day and find out that the company didn't even check their reservations. Based on other reviews, it seems like the cruises themselves are enjoyable, but the lack of organization and reliability is a major red flag. If you do choose to book with them, I highly recommend calling ahead--maybe even more than once--to confirm that they're actually operating. To their credit, they voided the charge quickly, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. On a beautiful Saturday night in March, in a prime tourist location, I can't understand why a cruise company wouldn't be running. If not then, when?
