We had a nice time on the water today, but we were glad that they offer an enclosed lower deck as it was quite windy. The trip was the advertised 75 mins. It is a narrated trip and the speakers can be quite loud if you are sitting close to them. The trip never leaves the bay, but there is plenty to see, including dolphins that were swimming near us. We used an online booking system which charged my account but never sent a confirming email and we ended up buying tickets at the dock and will have to contest the double charge at a later date. I also question the information on the narration, as I caught at least 3 inaccuracies. It was a pleasant trip and we enjoyed it, even with a couple of hiccups.

Really enjoyed this scenic boat tour; didn't get a chance to go on the day we planned, but was able to book a ride the very next day; great customer service; we were able to change our time at the last minute for an earlier booking; the captain was nice enough to wait five minutes for us to get to the boat before pulling off. Great scenery, nice breeze as well! The boat was not "packed" which was good; everyone had a chance to be spread out a bit by family. Also, pets are allowed. The tour guide was good. Was a nice, relaxing activity and I would highly recommend it! Note, a good idea to obtain physical tickets/check-in before actually boat ride; allow time as well due to the parking situation.

We found out about this activity on Bring Fido since we were visiting the area with our small dog. It was great that we could bring him along for the ride. I had found a coupon before our visit, so we purchased one adult admission and received the second one for half price. We were here at the end of February, so it wasn't TOO crowded. I'd say the boat was about half full on the day we went. We had never been to St. Augustine, so we thought this would be a great way to learn more about this historic city. Unfortunately, there was minimal narration on the boat. I'd give another star if there had been. We did see a lot of landmarks like the fort and lighthouse. I would have loved to hear more about the history of the area though. Overall, an average experience.

A friend and I were spending a couple of days in St. Augustine and wanted to squeeze in as many of the sights as possible so when purchasing our Red Train Tour we added on the scenic cruise at 1 pm. The captain and his crew were very welcoming and I love that the cruise is pet friendly. We went to the upper deck so the dogs could enjoy the breeze, it drizzled for a few minutes but cleared pretty quickly. The captain told us about all the sites and landmarks and even stopped a few times so we could enjoy the dolphins. The trip lasted an hour and 30 minutes and I was happy to be able to get some great photos of the lighthouse, the fort and the largest metal cross as well as learn about some of the historical buildings in town. They do sell snacks & beverages on the cruise and there are bathrooms and a gift shop at the dock. I'm looking forward to coming back with hubby next year and will definitely take the cruise again. Tips: Bring camera Take the Little Red Train, it's pet friendly and will drop you right off at the marina, parking is free at their main station and you can ride all day.

It was very and nice and pleasant during our tour. You are allowed to move freely and they even offer drinks/snacks while you're in your hour boat tour.

Nice way to end a day walking around St. Augustine took the last boat and had a blast. Nice way to end a full day of food, shopping and sightseeing. We seen a bunch of dolphins playing along side the boat at the sunset transformed the sky into beautiful varied hues of pink, purple and orange. We went under the draw bridge around the islands, a light house, the cross and the castle. They was also a vast variety of birds it was a all around good time.

We had an enjoyable hour plus, on a sunny Saturday afternoon on the water. The crew was welcoming and the weather was perfect. We got a tour of the bay and learned a little more history about St. Augustine. We did see some dolphins and that added to the positive outcome of our trip.

This was a pretty relaxing way to checkout St. Augustine. I'm not sure it was worth $17 per person, but I did enjoy it.

So we rescheduled for mid-May. This time, everyone made it;))) We arrived a few minutes before the boat launched. It was extra crowded as we were told another tour company cancelled, so they let those customers on our boat. It was tight, but we were ready for some fun! We were moving along on Matanzas Bay about 10 minutes. I went to the restroom and noticed some open space in the back of the boat. I went back to the front and got me friends and that's where we hung out the remainder of the boat ride. I'm not a fan of restricted space, so this move felt great! We saw dolphins and an amazing sunset. We went under the Lions Bridge, went by the St Augustine Lighthouse and Castillo de San Marcos. I can't explain how absolutely perfect the weather was that night. But if I go again, I will choose mid-May! Not too hot or humid. The staff was fabulous and friendly! Don't forget to tip them when exiting the boat.

We all had an amazing time. Zach is very passionate about the preservation of this beautiful area and all the wildlife that lives here. He's incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions... even the ridiculous ones...lol. He interacted so well with our two daughters who are 4 and 10, but was sure to engage with everyone on the boat so we all got a personalized experience. We saw so many dolphins and birds (the spoon bills were a special treat for us) which was our main objective. The boat itself was very comfortable and they were happy to accommodate our boat with an extra shade to keep my Mom more shielded from the sun. He also offered to take us out a hour earlier than the advertised time of 11 a.m. so that we could try to beat the heat, again to accommodate the older guests on the boat. Our girls had the best time taking their turns driving the boat and he even treated them to shark teeth after the trip because he heard us talking about shark teeth hunting and we had asked him about secret spots to look for them. Captain Zach is just an easy going guy with a lot of passion and expertise that he loves to share. Having that kind of person as our tour guide really made the experience for us. Overall just a fantastic time. Worth every penny to get a private tour. 10/10 experience!

With a perfect 75° evening forecasted for a Saturday night, it seemed like an ideal way to enjoy the occasion. Their online booking system was easy to use, and after our credit card was authorized, we were all set for a 5:00 PM departure. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the dock, things took a disappointing turn. The business office was open, but no staff were inside. After asking around at nearby boats, we learned that no one from Sabrage had been seen all day. I called the number provided, only to reach voicemail. About ten minutes after 5:00, I finally received a callback informing me that they had simply overlooked our reservation and did not have staff available to run the boat that night. It's incredibly frustrating to book an event on a Friday, only to show up the next day and find out that the company didn't even check their reservations. Based on other reviews, it seems like the cruises themselves are enjoyable, but the lack of organization and reliability is a major red flag. If you do choose to book with them, I highly recommend calling ahead--maybe even more than once--to confirm that they're actually operating. To their credit, they voided the charge quickly, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. On a beautiful Saturday night in March, in a prime tourist location, I can't understand why a cruise company wouldn't be running. If not then, when? Given this experience, I have no plans to book with them again.
