Both my 12 year old and I have been coming to Club Pilates Progress Ridge for almost three years!!…read moreBelieve me when I said CPPR has the most loving, wonderful, and flexible staffs and instructors!! It's not easy to keep a nine year old interested with anything not along making her get out of bed at 8am on the weekend to go to a Pilates class! These amazing people in CPPR did it and we are hitting the three years mark (both my dtr and I)!! The staffs, instructors, and the owners truly cares and love their customers and they always have events and prizes to encourage all members to get involved with our community. Since going to CPPR, our whole family are able to practice the skills we learned in the small size classes and apply them into our daily living. We are all more aware of our body movements and joint function. Yes, weight loss and getting a tone body is definitely a bonus! Heather, Stacy, Michelle, Jamila, Paddy, Alexis, Brianna, Blane, Alexandra, and Nancy...(Dan and Debbie), you are all amazing people! Thank you for willing to put up with my preteen and being flexible and sensitive with all of our individual needs. Here is to another wonderful and amazing year....

As I try to get back into prioritizing my health again, I had suspended my membership but still enjoyed drop in classes. I even still paid the $39 (increased) one time class fee. So after having a night where I struggled all night with a sick baby, I was so proud of myself that I STILL made it into the 6am class (I can only make it in before she wakes up and my husband goes to work). I did arrive a few minutes late and it took me another minute to get my shoes off and coat hung (it was 607 when I was ready to get on the reformed). It was quite disappointing that I was denied entry at this time. A company that lacks any compassion or flexibility is not a company I plan to frequent or refer others to in the future. It is also worth noting that I was denied entry by an instructor I've been treated rudely by in the past which makes me question if she has an underlying bias against me (perhaps against people of color or plus size women) as she was the only one to repeatedly attempt to deny me entry or challenge my ability to do the class while I was pregnant (despite providing physician documentation and no push back from other instructors). This is not a business I will be returning to.

I had never done a circuit style workout before, so I was a bit nervous to go my first day. Upon arrival I was greeted with happy faces and lots of high fives! I was hooked. IMMEDIATELY you can feel the presence of the community and you can tell that everybody truly enjoys their time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will meet you at your experience level. Never picked up a weight before? Perfect. They got you. Or maybe you have 20 years gym experience. Perfect. They will push you to reach the next level. Emily, Hayden, Sydney, Natalie, and Chelsea made my time especially special there. Never did I expect to make so many friends and be apart of such a strong community in just 6 months. I cannot emphasize enough how truly special this place is. Thank you, thank you, thank you Burn Beaverton! It would only be right if I ended this review with two claps on two! 12

That worked for a week now all of a sudden when I login the App says my membership doesn't exist even though I've paid for it!! What is going on? I've sent emails and voicemails and waiting for a call back, they should have customer service hours on the weekend. The app has some glitchy problems that don't seem to be addressed in a timely manner. I depend on these workouts and can't access them right now. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. Terrible app!!!

I'd been attending an Adventure Boot Camp in San Jose for the past year, and knew I needed to keep the exercise going. Plus, I was hoping to meet some people since I knew no one here. I discovered the Lake Oswego Adventure Boot Camp after a disappointing try at a different camp. I've been with them since August and what a fun summer and fall it's been! The fantastic trainers are Katie and Noelle; they are very energetic, supportive, and funny, even at 5:30am! Every workout has been unique; I can't think of one complete repeat. That keeps things interesting, challenging, and definitely not boring. I've consistently burned 400+ calories (as per my heart rate monitor) each workout, which for me is awesome. If you can't do a move, they provide alternate exercises to avoid injury. We use weights, move around the park (but will be moving indoors for the winter next month), and have fun doing it. They have camps at 5:30am, 7am, and 8:30am, 4 days a week. And if you want an evening class, they have their "Power Half-hour", which I haven't taken, but I hear it's quite challenging and fun too. I drive 10 miles to get to their location (Foothills Park for outdoor, and the Wizer's building for winter) - at 5:30am. The best part is that when the hour is over, you've gotten a great workout done, and you're wide awake and ready to start your day. Thanks Katie & Noelle!

I was hesitant at first because I am not in the best shape and I was concerned that it would be to hard for me, but Katie makes each work out customized to your fitness level. I knew I was having a good time, because the hour flew by, and I knew I was getting a good work out, because I was sore after every class. Beyond the results you will see in the mirror, Katie (and Noelle) are very sweet, caring ladies who really have your best interest at heart, and want you to success in your fitness goals. I couldn't recommend it more.

I deserve a vacation and in October I will be taking a NONSTOP flight to JFK. I will have a week in the best city in the country...I am planning on visiting all 5 boroughs (Beastie Boy style) and hitting up the best eats à la the food network. I figured that if I am 5 months out from this excursion, I deserve to look and feel better when I do it. Tonight after work I hit the gym and did some cardio and a little chest work. It was surprising how my body reacted...it wants to be challenged...ironic that I just bought a TV, but now I can balance it out. There has been some changes to the gym. It looks like there was some rearranging of the machines and some of the elliptical machines had been upgraded. Some things haven't changed though. Like people not understanding how to control their weights. There was also a machine that was squeaking...I think it was a recumbent bike...it seriously needs some WD40. I couldn't be the only one annoyed by it...could I? Oh well, I am looking forward to my trip and I am planning on looking a lot better come October...

Where is the management? They can't go out and buy some paper towels after until the next shipment arrives? They can't get any from another nearby Planet Fitness to hold them over? How did they not see this coming? Very poor management in my opinion. After 48 hours all they came up with is a "sorry for the inconvenience " sign at the front desk. If i were manager, this would be resolved within an hour. You can't just "wait until the next shipment arrives in a few days". I come here everyday to work out. This is disgusting. They should offer a free black card membership for this screw up. It's insane to me that they're just going to let it stay like this for days. Update: got a generic reply directing me to go straight to the manager myself, so i can get the dirty looks every day when i come in. No thanks! Not my job. That's your job, "customer service" person. You have the location in question. Do something other than copy/paste a reply to a yelp comment please.
