I have been training here for 2 1/2 months and I love it! I am making great progress and I feel amazing. Dennis is my trainer and he is extremely knowledgeable. He pushes me to reach all my goals, helps me with my eating habits, and answers any questions I may have. He is very personable and checks in with me constantly to make sure I'm on track. Dennis understands that everyone comes from a different fitness background and he adjusts workouts to better aid each individual he trains. The facility is clean and very professional. Not only does it have educated trainers, but it has all the best equipment. Everyone is there for the same purpose; to workout and feel better about themselves. I am so in love with this place. Peter has been my trainer for years. He has created the most welcoming facilities I have ever been in. Peter has seen me through many tough times. The gym itself could use some attention but as far as training with Boris goes it's A+. I have been training with Boris for some time now and he has pushed me to do more and reach higher than I thought I could. I don't always want to go to the gym but even on off days he makes it fun.
