I go every two weeks and unfortunately this is the last time bc of my birthday plans I had to go on a different day so the manager recommended a stylist on Sundays. I took her recommendation and I went to get my lashes done by this new stylist which I have no problem with but unfortunately, my lashes did not last because two days later I have a huge gap on one eye. I had to get this fixed as my birthday trip was in 2 days. I call amazing lash to voice my concerns and asked the manager Megan if I can come in to get my lashes fixed. She was rude and condescending, and tried to flip the blame on to me, but I come every 2 weeks so there should be no reason why I have a massive gap but she dismissed me and booked me for an available Friday spot. As I was in panic for my birthday trip I jumped on it and let her rudeness slide. I show up Friday thinking that I was going to just come in and get the gap fixed and go. Instead, I received a mini fill and THEN was charged for the service. I find this to be so misleading as she never explained to me that she was going to book me for a service since my request was to get the gap fixed. And mind you she recommended the stylist. I explained to her that I was not coming in to get a service. I did not want to be fuller. I wanted to get fixed what was not right and she completely dismissed me and I find that to be so disrespectful. She also tried to make me feel as if I was trying to get some type of free service out of them. I have spent a lot of money there in the last four years and I do not appreciate being treated this way therefore I have canceled my membership and will take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate because I truly enjoyed my lash tech. However, I absolutely refuse to support a business whos management does not value their customers.
