I've been doing lashes for years, from classics to full volume, terrible service. She didn't clean them of use a bonder or anything to seal them. At this point I'm canceling my membership with this company. This manager should be terminated, she rather put the blamed on the client that has been a member over 5 years than to admit my service was terrible. Funny that you say you don't recognize my name, however, I received a very rude text from you. Is all good, I'll make sure corporate knows how you are running their name to a terrible reputation. The manager was unprofessional, dismissive, and made what should have been a simple situation unnecessarily difficult. Instead of leading by example or supporting their team, they created tension and confusion. It's disappointing to see good employees working under poor leadership. I'll share my story. I have been a loyal customer of amazing lash for about four years. I go every two weeks and unfortunately this is the last time bc of my birthday plans I had to go on a different day so the manager recommended a stylist on Sundays. I took her recommendation and I went to get my lashes done by this new stylist which I have no problem with but unfortunately, my lashes did not last because two days later I have a huge gap on one eye. I had to get this fixed as my birthday trip was in 2 days. I call amazing lash to voice my concerns and asked the manager Megan if I can come in to get my lashes fixed. She was rude and condescending, and tried to flip the blame on to me, but I come every 2 weeks so there should be no reason why I have a massive gap but she dismissed me and booked me for an available Friday spot. As I was in panic for my birthday trip I jumped on it and let her rudeness slide. I show up Friday thinking that I was going to just come in and get the gap fixed and go. Instead, I received a mini fill and THEN was charged for the service. I find this to be so misleading as she never explained to me that she was going to book me for a service since my request was to get the gap fixed. And mind you she recommended the stylist. I explained to her that I was not coming in to get a service. I did not want to be fuller. I wanted to get fixed what was not right and she completely dismissed me and I find that to be so disrespectful. She also tried to make me feel as if I was trying to get some type of free service out of them. I have spent a lot of money there in the last four years and I do not appreciate being treated this way therefore I have canceled my membership and will take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate because I truly enjoyed my lash tech. However, I absolutely refuse to support a business whos management does not value their customers.

Instead of apologizing for their mistake the owner Laura Anderson was rude and obnoxious. Without knowing the facts of the matter, she was dismissive claiming that I never had lighter highlights done there previously by their previous part owner Kerry Jo Hensely. I would not recommend a place where they disrespect their clients. Its okay that their stylist was not knowledgeable enough but being rude to their client is in excusable, instead of making amends.
