**Horrible massage and tried to put me and my baby in DANGER…read more I really wanted to love Hannah and her massage, my experience was unfortunately just the opposite. I am 18 weeks pregnant and hadn't had a massage In about 4 months, I was so excited and looking forward to this. First off.. she put my face cradle straight into a pillow so there was no face hole or available air to breathe. I had to keep lifting my head to get oxygen. I had also told her to please give some focus on my hands and feet, my hands were not touched and she only massaged my right leg and foot and totally ignored the right. This is where it gets good. Being 18 weeks (second trimester) I can't lay on my back. I figured someone who offers prenatal massage would understand that. She not only argued with me about it, but she didn't have anything in the room to lift me up at all. She kept trying to tell me I was perfectly safe to lay on my back and finally offered me a neck pillow. This is the point I wish I would have just walked right out. Eventually I came up with a solution (that wasn't even comfy for me) just to get the massage on track. I did pay her for this service and it didn't sit well with me at all. I reached out simply asking for a refund and she had agreed. The next day she tells me just kidding she's not giving me one. Just beware coming here for a massage. The $100 price is not even close to worth this experience. I feel like with how upsetting this was, I should be paid instead lol. I left not relaxed at all, and worried that she's not even certified given that she doesn't seem to know basics.

I booked an 80-minute deep tissue relaxation massage with Lindsey, and she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, intuitive, and really listened to what my body needed. The pressure was perfect, and I walked out feeling fantastic -- relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. I also had a facial with Hannah, and it was just as wonderful. My skin felt fresh, glowing, and rejuvenated. She took her time, explained everything, and made the entire experience feel personalized and special. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and be taken care of, this is it. I can't wait to go back!

That being said, I would have enjoyed it SO much more had I not been asked to keep adding in additional services for additional $$. I did add on, but it was more from the pressure of being asked than what I really wanted...which was a relaxing time to enjoy the facial. The building and rooms were very nice, but I don't think I'll be back. I spent over $100 more than the gift I received because of the additional services that were being sold. It really ruined the experience. Perhaps if you choose to go there...you could tell them up front...no extras and they wouldn't try so hard to sell more.
