We had been there once before quite some time ago, and this visit reminded us why we liked it so much. The prices are very competitive, especially for the quality of service you receive. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we walked in. The massage therapists were excellent, they instinctively knew exactly what I needed. They used just the right amount of pressure and worked through a tremendous amount of tension in my shoulders and neck. I tend to carry stress for long periods of time and live in a constant "fight or flight" mode, so when someone truly works out those deep knots and helps your body relax, it can almost feel like a shock to your system. I was a little nauseous afterward, but that's completely normal when you release that much built-up tension. After a carb-heavy, high-protein meal with a little sodium, I felt much better. The next morning I'm definitely sore, but again, that's expected when you've been holding onto that much tightness. What matters most is that I feel lighter, both physically and emotionally. My circulation feels better, the tension is gone, and I genuinely feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders. My husband and I absolutely plan to return regularly.
