This place has really gone downhill. Just when I think it can't get worse, it does. The young kids working behind the counter are rude, foul mouthed with nasty attitudes. Especially the young man. He's the worst of them. They all hide in the back and if you call them to ask a question or pay- they are bothered. When it's time to pay you have to wait 5 minutes while your over priced yogurt melts. The outside of this place is BEYOND filthy- i don't have the adjectives to accurately describe how disgusting it is. I doubt the tables have been rinsed off/ wiped down for months -maybe ever. The floor outside is never hosed down- sticky ice cream build up, and inside is nasty too, never mopped. I'm shocked that the health department doesn't come by and give them a low rating or shut them down. I guess the owner doesn't care. My boyfriend and I love the froyo at this location but today, we had our first bad experience when being ignored by an employee. We showed up at 9:50pm in attempts to still get some froyo because they closed at 10pm. While I understand that workers might start closing early, what upset me was the way this specific employee addressed the situation. Instead of telling us that they were closed early, this girl with blonde hair and what looked like fake eyelashes, completely ignored us and went to the back. After knocking and waiting a good two minutes in the rain, she came out again but continued to ignore us by pretending to put stuff away and looking everywhere but the door. My boyfriend again knocked on the door as she was behind the counter and she STILL continued ignoring us. She looked up and continued to pretend to be busy while my boyfriend knocked for an THIRD TIME. After continuously knocking right in front of her face she finally looked over all annoyed and told us they were closed. What upset us wasn't the fact that the store was closed a bit early, it was the way this girl ignored us time and time again even though we could see each other very clearly through the glass door and window. It would've taken her two seconds to say that she was closed when we first arrived, but she instead proceeded to pretend we weren't there. So Totally Twisted has good days and bad days. It really just depends (in my opinion) who is working that day. One thing that is consistent is the variety of toppings for the froyo and the froyo itself...I've never gone there and the flavors aren't all available. However, the staff does a poor job of keeping the place looking and, dare I say, smelling clean. I'm not sure why, about half of the times I've been there, the cleanliness was just not there and it's almost like it's become the usual. I wish I could give more stars for the froyo but I can't because if I go and it feels weird, I just leave. In short, it's a hit or miss. read more

Ahhh yet another self serve frozen yogurt place. I wonder when these places will die out like cupcake shops did. Today they had these yogurt flavors: chocolate eggclair, regular, vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, creamsicle (orange creamy one), pistachio, peanut butter, cake batter, coconut, red velvet and a couple others. Unfortunately they don't keep the tester cups out for you to do it yourself (I like that better) the only one j didn't care for was pistachio, it tasted like they forgot to even put the flavoring in. Red velvet, cookies and cream, and coconut were all good choices. Coconut definitely had a slightly icy/slushie consistency compared to the others that were creamier. Toppings were all very clean and they had pretty much any topping you would want. Bobbas, sprinkles, nuts, coconut flakes, Reese's pieces, rainbow cookies, chocolate crunchies, chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate covered caramel, peanut butter sauce, fresh fruit, s'mores bits, m&ms, hot fudge, chocolate sauce, marshmallow sauce, sour patch kids, graham cracker crumbs, butterfingers pieces, gummi Bears, whoppers etc. they have a lot ok! I would have given the place 5 stars but it was a little on the pricey side. I have never paid $9 for self serve fro-yo anywhere else, even though I load it up with candy toppings at every other self-serve fro-yo place I visit. The most I've paid elsewhere has been upwards to $7 and change. The other reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because the signs above each yogurt flavor were animated, which could easily confuse someone. If you take a minute to stand in front of the sign you'll see what flavor it is, but sometimes people don't have a minute. The yogurt was delicious and they had so many toppings. They also played music but not as loud as Red Mango or Cups, so my friend and I didn't feel like we were going into a club with her baby. That's good cause her baby is way to young to try to pick anyone up. Overall the place looked clean, plenty of seating, the bathroom was a little dingy looking. I had to run in there because I started coughing and didn't want to be that jerk that coughs all over a food place. This place is the worst yogurt place I ever went to. A lot of the fruit looks disgusting. The raspberries were mush. And the place is a rip off. Tried it years ago and only tried it again because I saw they had acai bowls but it's ONLY self serve which means you have no idea what it will cost. The acai comes out of a machine like the yogurt. I made it about the same size as I've had at other places that sell for about $8 and are made fresh. Mine was $15.36 here. I have no idea who would come here more than once. So horrible! Took my kids there tonight and there was a huge line with a young kid working the register. I asked her for sample cups and she pointed at a girl in the back who was having an animated chat with her boyfriend. I asked her for cups and she was so nasty that she was interrupted that I said I was going to contact her manager and asked for her name. She refused so I said I'd get it at the register. She evidently threatened the young girl at the register so when I asked the info the girl started crying. Now I'm fuming. She was the only one in the store working and was clearly being bullied by the other workers who were clearly using her to goof off. Today on 5/23/18 At 4:30 p.m. There was one girl working. Actually playing on her phone and not having a care in the world about customer service isn't working. I didn't catch her name but I watched her go in the bathroom then come out. My wife asked to use the bathroom and she looked her dead in the face and said it's out of order then proceeded to give an attitude and give her a dirty look as she walked away. If this is the type of staff that you have working at your establishment it won't be in business very long. I will not be back and I found this very rude and unpolite .She should be reprimanded or lose her job. So instead of buying yogurt we went next door to Ralphs and had a great experience.
