All was going great until I got this text thanking me for purchasing "Protection360." Not only did I not purchase this service, but I was never asked by the salesperson if I wanted this. I only found out this service was added because of this text! I am very furious right now that this was snuck into my bill! After seeing this text, I do not recommend this store anymore. If you bought a phone from this location, I HIGHLY recommend you check your bill to make sure no unwanted service was added onto your bill. Going forward, I will only buy my phones online.

I have visited this Verizon location several times, and unfortunately the customer service…read moreexperience has been inconsistent. During my visit last night, I spoke with Silverado, who was professional, helpful, and attentive. As he was assisting another customer with a matter that was expected to take over 45 minutes, he kindly asked me to return the following day and offered a discount for the inconvenience. When I returned the next day, I was assisted by Alejandro, and the experience was noticeably different. The level of customer service and professionalism I received did not reflect the same standard demonstrated during my previous interaction. Due to the inconsistency in service, I do not plan on returning to this location. In my opinion they are quick to take your money and are full of empty promises..... !! I wish I didn't sign anything!
