She does events and tastings in your home or at Catalyst, whichever you prefer! I brought my friend to Catalyst for a surprise birthday wine tasting. Although her usual limit is 4 for a tasting, she graciously accommodated us and we had a great time. She asked what wines my friend likes and had a white, rose, sparkling rose, and red option for us to explore. I told her I like a calimotxo in the summer and she not only had a Coke (Diet Coke!) on hand but also loves them! This was one of the best parts of it in my opinion! I told her I have a full time job and pregnant I don't feel like I should have to guess when the guy is working ( also the name of the employees are also not listed on the receipt) I was not rude nor did I raise my voice at this lady but it's extremely frustrating when you spend $25 for two phone chargers and you simply want an exchange the item and it's impossible to do so when you have the receipt and packaging.
