TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!! You should NOT buy anything from them! I bought two phone chargers and not even two weeks later they just stopped working so I went into the same location with my receipt. I asked if I could exchange them because they are not working properly and the "manager" on duty advised me that I had one week to return/exchange any thing ( which keep in mind...the receipt doesn't have any information at ALL about their return policy) . I told her they stopped working and per your return policy on your website ( that I had to Google myself) states you have 14 days to exchange accessories. She refused to help me in any kind of way and said I should come back when the man who sold them to me was there??? I told her I have a full time job and pregnant I don't feel like I should have to guess when the guy is working ( also the name of the employees are also not listed on the receipt) I was not rude nor did I raise my voice at this lady but it's extremely frustrating when you spend $25 for two phone chargers and you simply want an exchange the item and it's impossible to do so when you have the receipt and packaging. She also refused to give me her name as well. In conclusion, I don't believe that this lady was actually a manager. She wasn't aware of her own store policies when I questioned her and had to look up the information myself. She should probably have some kind of refresher training. Also I feel truly bad for anyone who spends over $100 on a phone or anything because it seems like they have loop holes to not give you your money back or to exchange anything. They have gas and snacks and a variety of other necessities. I have to say though the slowest gas pump I have ever experienced. I recommend if you have to use the restroom, do that first. Thankfully they have a nice clean restroom and I was in and out. read more

This place offers cheaper prices than its competitors. I went in the other day to pay for my pump and to my surprise I was offered a discount card to take an additional 5 cents off each gallon. The store is usually clean and the employees are welcoming. I don't smoke myself but my friends have told me that their cigarette prices are low and they have a wide variety of alcohol. read more

this mega saver is closest to me and I visit here often. I wanted to write this review because I stopped in today to fill up my car and pick up some snacks and the lady working (I didn't catch her name) was the nicest soul and even gave me discount cards per gallon of my gas. I appreciate it Mega saver nicest lady I've ever run into at any store will be back soon store clean too nice place. read more

This is the second time I've been to a Mega Saver where I was over-charged for items. These are from different Mega Saver locations. I will never return to another one and hoping you won't either, unless you enjoy getting ripped off. Please check the prices they are charging you. read more

I went inside and prepaid $45. The pump was so sloooooowwww that I've been sitting here waiting for my gas to pump for almost 20 min. No joke. read more
