The parking lot is always packed, but since they redid the traffic route at the gas station that is a very quick in and out experience now! The staff is always friendly here, and there are often great samples going on around the meal times. I bought two phone…read morechargers and not even two weeks later they just stopped working so I went into the same location with my receipt. I asked if I could exchange them because they are not working properly and the "manager" on duty advised me that I had one week to return/exchange any thing ( which keep in mind...the receipt doesn't have any information at ALL about their return policy) . I told her they stopped working and per your return policy on your website ( that I had to Google myself) states you have 14 days to exchange accessories. She refused to help me in any kind of way and said I should come back when the man who sold them to me was there??? I told her I have a full time job and pregnant I don't feel like I should have to guess when the guy is working ( also the name of the employees are also not listed on the receipt) I was not rude nor did I raise my voice at this lady but it's extremely frustrating when you spend $25 for two phone chargers and you simply want an exchange the item and it's impossible to do so when you have the receipt and packaging. She also refused to give me her name as well. In conclusion, I don't believe that this lady was actually a manager. She wasn't aware of her own store policies when I questioned her and had to look up the information myself. She should probably have some kind of refresher training. Also I feel truly bad for anyone who spends over $100 on a phone or anything because it seems like they have loop holes to not give you your money back or to exchange anything.
