    BEST customer service of any TW&M I've EVER been to! Other locations typically employ knowledgeable people; however, a lot lack in personality. Always seem to be in a rush and have never seemed eager to please. But, I still love TW&M's great selection of all things booze, especially the local craft beer choices. I just thought this tore needed a more scream "I love you" from a roof top kind of admiration. Lol. I was so happy to see TW&M Bee Cave location had Empress 1908 Gin in stock. Otherwise, if ordered elsewhere online, I was going to have to pay ~$20 in S&H. I placed and paid for my order online, decided to add some seasonal beer and summery cider. I picked it up at the designated date and time, curbside no contact, they placed contents directly into my cargo area. It wasn't until the next day when I went to unload the goods that I realized the Empress 1908 was not in the bag even though it was on the invoice. Called the store directly and was placed on a very brief hold after being transferred to the appropriate person (I wish I could remember the gentleman's name - merp). Said person was so nice, apologized, and told me he wanted to right the wrong. "I can bring it straight to you if you like?" Um...yes please! Wow! Really! In less than 30 minutes he rang my bell, checked ID, and delivered a bag...a bag that included a box of two TW&M glasses. What a nice gesture and surprise! It really is the little things, especially right now. Thank you sir for putting a smile on my face and restoring my doubts in above and beyond, stellar customer service. Cheers!

    Towanda is awesome, she laughed at all my husbands cheesey jokes and sold us on several bottles of wine! Great customer service

I've been in stores like this before and usually you have the kindest, most knowledgeable people. Apparently some new laws in Texas passed, so I get why the saleswoman was being careful about how to sell stuff, but she was super rude and vague and snobby about it. I personally just buy gummies for myself every once in a blue moon, so I'm not super knowledgeable about THC products overall. I've heard of things like "sativa" or "indica" but don't know off the top of my head what that means. but my friend wanted something smokable. I think legally you have to buy a vape for nicotine and then the product? But she assumed we knew that. Still don't know the rules. I gave a heads up to the saleswoman that my friend has never had any THC products before, and she's taking it for medical issues, and that we're kinda clueless about this stuff. I've gone into stores many times saying I am clueless and it's a normal experience for them to "dumb it down". The sales lady said how there was a raid down the street and how "we're asking the same questions over and over" and insinuated we were on something. To be clear, I was in the store first before my friend came in, so I did ask the same questions my friend ended up asking. We're two 30 to 40 year old women who haven't had a single substance. We just wanted answers. It was pretty offensive. She said go to another store, she's not comfortable selling to us, because "we keep asking the same questions." We were literally just trying to figure out what would be the weakest possible option, since she was new to this. Very basic questions. I know with gummies they have doses, wasn't sure about vapes. And we tried asking the same question in multiple ways and she kept shutting us down and freaking out about the new laws. I get it, be careful, but she wasn't listening AT ALL. I get that she can't give medical advice. We weren't asking for any. Imagine going to a restaurant that has wine and asking the difference between Merlot and Malbec, or what tannins are, or how much alcohol is in a glass...and the waitress telling you that you're drunk and need to leave. It was just really snobby, rude, and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, the return/management experience has been the exact opposite. About three weeks ago we purchased a Puffco Peak Pro from this store. When we got home, we realized the device wasn't charging properly. We called the store and were told to bring it back so they could test it to confirm the device was defective. We brought the device in and left it with them. After that, communication completely broke down. We waited for an update and received no call. When we followed up by phone, we were told we would receive a call back, which never happened. Eventually we went to the store in person to check on the situation, and we were told the device had been moved to another store and that we needed to go there to speak with a manager. After driving to the other location and waiting over an hour to speak with the manager, we were told there were two options: we could process the return ourselves through Puffco, or the store could handle it for us. Since this had already been dragging on for several days, we chose to have the store handle the return. That turned out to be a mistake. It has now been over two and a half weeks, and when we called again for an update, we were told that the return process apparently had not even been started. We have now been promised a callback three separate times, and no one from management has followed up. Again, the regular employees have been polite and helpful, but the lack of follow-through and communication from management has made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. At this point we simply want the issue resolved and some accountability from management. I would recommend going through puffco directly or another competitor to avoid this shops horrible return service if you end up having to use it...
