It was the right decision. The manager, Francisco Estevez, explained to me and then showed that the problem wasn't the hinge, but the frame it was attached to under the back cover. If left as is the screen would eventually break. He gave two choices to fix it, replace the cover for over $100 plus the installation cost of $80, and at least a week's wait, or, if I didn't mind having two very small screws visible on the back of the case, $80 and I could wait while it was being fixed; 45 minutes later I left with the repair done. Honest, straight forward and well priced. Couldn't have asked for more!

I had a hardware issue with my computer. So I called around to get an estimate on how much that…read moreparticular repair would cost. Logica quoted me the lowest price by far. They also do a free diagnostic to ensure that you can be 100% sure that the problem is what you think it is. This diagonostic is done with no obligation on my part to pay anything or get any work done. These guys literally took a few days to run tests to make sure that the problem was identified correctly. I was thoughly impressed with how much effort they put in to do a diagnostic that they were not even getting paid for. In the end they identified the issue to be something else that was much cheaper to fix then I initially thought. I would definately recommend them for anyone needing any sort of computer work.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by John and Sergio, and it was honestly refreshing to meet such great men who clearly love what they do. I originally came in just to buy a charger for my laptop, and not only did I get exactly what I needed, but at a great price too. It's rare these days to find people who are both passionate about their work and genuinely want to help others. That's exactly the kind of service I received here. I truly appreciate the experience and highly recommend this place to anyone needing computer help.

You would not believe how many poor customer service ridden places we had to call (who were happy to simply ignore us or argue with us about our needs...) until we found the heaven of which is In2 Computers and Vinny. We called ahead and Vinny was the most polite person we had spoken to all day! Their customer service is on par and he told us to just bring some of the parts we do have into the store to make sure we were going to buy compatible hardware. The store itself is very easy to find and is in a plaza down Sample road. We got in quickly and Vinny helped us super fast! He took the processor we brought in, cleaned it up and did the research online of what motherboard would work perfectly with our part. He then went to the back of the shop and brought out the exact model he had earlier researched. He also made sure that the RAM card we had was compatible as well. Ultimately, we will definitely return here for all of our computer needs thanks to Vinny, He single handedly showed us what wonderful service In2 Computers has to offer. If you need anything fixed or even anything to purchase definitely come here. We were really impressed by their customer service and the knowledge and critical thinking skills they had to offer.
