Day of they were on time, friendly, communicative, able to work with me to keep my cats safe yet out of the way, and my vents are now so clean. Since we got our dryer vent cleaned out we thought we were all good but our dryer wouldn't dry...we were kinda confused so we chalked it up to our dryer being old however our vent started leaking and it turns out there was a lot of lint stuck in it, which was disappointing however we fixed it ourselves and now our dryer works perfectly fine.
