    This was a mess. I placed an order online for the company to come and do an assessment at my home…read more I got back a confirmation that they would be there. When no one showed up, I called. It turns out that the company hadn't received my order since it had been placed online. I was also informed that contrary to what the website promised, they don't do floor cleaning, and the woman I talked to said this had been happening on a regular basis. In other words, the company is well aware that they have problems and lets people go ahead and book appointments anyway. Grossly unprofessional.

Appointment came and went without any communication from COIT. I scheduled another appointment online thinking the first time was a fluke. Once again, the appointment date came and went with another no call, no show. Thinking the third time would be the charm, I gave the company a call and was told that they don't always get their appointments that are made online. smh Why do you allow people attempt to make appointments online if this is the case? So I went ahead and scheduled another appointment with the receptionist and was told that it would be either on June 2nd or June 3rd and that she would have to call me back to confirm. Needless to say, I never heard received a call back and another no call, no show. Just an all around terrible experience.

    I've taken a year to write this review; to really reflect on everything this company has done…read moreadequately but also more importantly, what they have taken from me. I'll try not to belabor the points I have issue with as I think two stars are exceedingly generous of me in light of everything, but hope to provide anyone thinking of contracting with this company with an experience to think about. I reached out to Servpro regarding a kitchen sink flood/water damage. The event happened in April 2023, and I wasn't able to move back into my home until November 2023. This almost 8 month ordeal was due (not entirely, but in large part) to Servpro. RE water mitigation: this portion of service was generally fine, and the only reason there is a second star on this review. There were long delays in communication, incomplete work that required the mitigation team to return, and shifting contact points as people "left the office," but Jesús, Carlos, and Sean were generally easy to work with and completed tasks quickly one issues were identified. RE restoration: this is where I would recommend you steer clear and avoid using this company for restoration work, especially if Chris J is the supervising contact point. My experience with the restoration team was abysmal - again the same song and dance with infrequent communication, last minute changing deadlines or just not meeting the set goals, and sometimes outright lying. Until the point at which Servpro's representative, Chris J, quit the project suddenly as work was beginning; for which he cited that the project was not aligned with company policies despite the fact that for 2 months he had been aware of the nuances of this project and made not a peep about the project being beyond the company's scope. Now, I will say that Servpro agreed to not charge me/my insurance for the extended storage fees incurred because I had to find new contractors once they packed up my household items in storage and quit the project. But even achieving that took many extended phone calls on my part, and was not something offered by the company knowing they were in the wrong here. After multiple missteps by Servpro, I will admit that towards the end of my time in communication with them I was often abruptly assertive and without much empathy when trying to fix what they had gotten wrong. But while Servpro did not cause the flood in my kitchen, nor were they entirely to blame for the extended timeline on this project, they undoubtedly were a large contributor to my extended monetary cost, mental stress and exhaustion, and the diminished quality of life I experienced by making the unfortunate choice is asking them for help.

    I worked with Paramount Roofing in 2024, overall, solid work. I trusted the process and work done…read more Marco was pleasant to work with. However, within that year I noticed areas that needed attention. My thought was to reach out before anything got worse. I called, reached out via texted with images; was told someone would be out. Now it's 2026, and although I've continued to call, text, still no follow up from company, was continually advised someone would be out. I did make contact this year during a call (also confirming work was under warranty), and was told someone would come out to assess and was also told that my issues may have been caused by weather. NO. These issues were reported during same year as install. Issues were small, and just needed prompt attention. It may have gotten worse NOW to various factors. Not initially. To state the least, I'm disappointed and very frustrated. Rating reflects initial satisfaction, with roof install as well as disappointment with lack of integrity to follow up and fix what was wrong.
