In other words, the company is well aware that they have problems and lets people go ahead and book appointments anyway. Grossly unprofessional.

After we thought we addressed the source, we hired David and his team to perform the drywall re-installation and painting. During the drywall repair phase, David and his team helped us identify the true cause of the moisture, which was a plumbing issue. David and his team quickly alerted us to this issue as they were performing the repairs and paused their work so we could address the plumbing issue before proceeding. Ultimately, the drywall repairs and painting were completed the following week and they didn't charge us additional fees for the unforeseen project delay and rescheduling. Once again, we were very happy with the quality of the work performed and the team's diligent cleaning process.
