Before the date of the service, I called to see if they had the model of air filter that I needed since it is a special one. They did not and said the technician could let me know what the model during the annual maintenance. He did that I and I purchased the air filter. The tech said that he would just come back once I received it to install it. No mention of having to pay $95 in labor for him to come back and install the air filter. I would have replaced the air filter myself.

Especially larger ones that require a sizable financial outlay. I expect the work to be done PERFECTLY (soup to nuts) and in a timely matter. Fred and crew did NOT disappoint with the security bars installed at our condo. Everything was done perfectly. Reliable and quality skilled labor is becoming increasingly hard to find and I like to do things right the FIRST time around. Fred takes pride in his work and gets things done RIGHT. I would HIGHLY recommend Boston Iron Works for any and all work iron related

My experience with DQR could not have gone any better. Danny and his crew showed up on time and were very professional and explained in detail the work they were going to do and why certain upgrades needed to be made. They worked the whole day and even replaced some outdoor lighting in some not so good weather, they were intent on completing the job they started, and they did. They cleaned up everything when the job was done and left my house in the condition it was in when they came. I plan on a second round of updates in the spring, and I wouldn't go to anybody else but DQR. Thank you, Danny, Sean and Bill, for the great work you did, and I will see you in the spring.
