Time from the proposal to install was three days. Treated us like family. John (with 40 years of experience) and PJ, the installers were extremely knowledgeable, addressed any questions I had based on my engineering background and ensured a quality install was of utmost importance. During the installation John identified a failed boiler expansion tank. Rather than making a separate service call, Stephen requested them to travel to a distributor and purchase an expansion tank and install the expansion tank during the water heater tank install along with a relief valve.
