The tile that I needed was through a different company, but Chris and his team willingly went to Ellenton from Lakewood Ranch to bring it back the day before they started! I had gotten quotes from 3 other companies and Chris had the most reasonable offer and absolutely no hidden costs. I knew exactly how much the job would cost before we started and there were no additional fees by the end. Chris was very detailed when he came to do the estimate and made sure that the tile would be done right. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, usually within minutes of sending a text. Most other quotes were 1.5-2x his price and didn't feel like they took as much pride in their work. He estimated 3 days to do 450 sq ft of tile, but it ended up only taking 2 days! The guys worked hard from 10am-8:30pm the first day with no complaints. I ran out of grout the second day, but Chris was determined to complete my project ahead of schedule, so the team went back to Ellenton to get the grout (again) and returned to finish. My mom and I were able to get an extra full day to relax before she left thanks to their hard work! I highly recommend Chris and his team for tile floors! If I ever am in need of another renovation, I would not hesitate to contact him!

Stopped in because I needed to cover my nearly *whole house* in floors. Laurie met my boyfriend and I, in the front. Upon explaining our situation and mentioning my mother had just died and I needed to redo all the floors in her home for us to live, Laurie didn't even acknowledge the fact and just started writing notes for an assessment. She directed us to the wood and laminate section and told us to ask if we needed anything and then just disappeared for 10 minutes. When she did return, I did ask about price points, and differences from cheapest to most expensive, she snapped that nothing was cheap there. I assured her she knew that I meant the "least expensive". She was very cold and condescending through out the entire interaction. The show room also looks pretty bad. You would think for a flooring place, that they would do the floors to show examples but the floors were all tore up, through the place. One star is for the nice lady who worked there, walked through and complimented my outfit. I decided to cancel the assessment when they called. Talk about starting off on the wrong foot!

Everything they told us to expect was delivered exactly as promised. They provided expert guidance when needed and were very responsive to any adjustments we requested along the way. S&S Pavers even found and then coordinated with a screening company to complete our extensive project. They even helped move heavy items off the patio and put them back in place once our beautiful new decking was finished. We anticipated a huge mess from removing the pavers and cutting them to size, but the crew was incredibly professional and took great care to leave our patio much cleaner and more organized than we expected. We couldn't be happier with the results!

Rodrigo was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He was honest and realistic about timing, extremely responsive to phone calls and requests for site visits, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure the project went smoothly. What especially impressed us was that Rodrigo didn't simply come in and do the job we hired him to do. He took the time to understand our property and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both the appearance and functionality of the space. He also did a great job coordinating with our homeowners and board throughout the project. His crew was large, professional, and incredibly hardworking, and the finished project is beautiful. The transformation exceeded our expectations. We obtained more than 10 quotes before selecting a paving contractor, and S&S was also very competitively priced. In the end, we feel we received exceptional value for the quality of the work and the level of service. Rodrigo is an honest, hardworking guy who clearly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. We would absolutely hire S&S Pavers again for any future work and recommend them without hesitation.
