Living room under a rug. You can see the original color and how it has changed.

We had our entire house done by DecoCrete minus a couple bedrooms. The process is extensive, but that's ok. We were out of our home for two weeks for the job to be done. Really we stayed around the first week while the tile was broken up. Then had to go to a hotel, board the animals, etc. When the floor went down, we loved it. The color was great and the overall look was what we asked for. Then TWO WEEKS after install we called Chris about the floor discoloration. He said this is normal for pearl white but it shouldn't amber anymore than it is. This was the first time we heard our brand new floor would amber. He said don't worry, you have a 15 year warranty on it. It has continued to amber and we finally called them back out. The floor has been down for 2 years and is YELLOW in places, not just ambering. Chris came back out with the epoxy manufacturer to look at the floor. The manufacturer said he would not be happy with the floor and said he would supply a replacement color for free. Chris blew it off saying this was normal for pearl white to do this when exposed to UV. Then hit us with a bill for 10 grand to redo the "warranty work". 10K was labor costs for them to complete warranty work. When you bring your car into service for warranty work the labor is included. He tried charging $195 an hour for each guy assigned to the job as his burn rate. Unbelievable. **Buyer beware. ** We were one of the first to have a whole house done and I'm sure Chris will still show the original photos, but not these. You get no warranty as a warranty is only as good as the company offering it. We have contacted the owner as well and he keeps sending Chris back to us.

In addition to an outstanding finish, the expert advice on maintaining my drainage was life changing.

I wish I had a "before" picture of my cracked, discolored and peeling lanai. The change has been incredible. The team at DecoCrete analyzed my drainage problems, sanded and patched my slab and delivered to me exactly what they promised - "it looked like new." The finish, far from the least expensive, is holding up to the promises of being the most durable and easiest to clean. NOTHING sticks to this finish. I've put my power washer away - a hose, and maybe occasionally a brush - are all this is needed to keep my lanai looking as good as the day it was finished. I have to give a special shout-out to the Devin, the owner, who was personally involved in ensuring total satisfaction. He provided the type of "hurry right over" service that has disappered from the small business community. Between him and Chris, they resolved issues that had been denying us the joy of our outdoor space since long before we found this company. I'll recommend them to anyone who wants to fix their lanai, once and for all.

I found Decocrete Services in the Consumer Referral Guide. Mom's 40+ year old concrete driveway and carport had quite a few layers of paint, plus the driveway had a crack running across the sloped section going down to the gutter and road. Chris (sales) came out to speak with us. Mom and I asked lots of questions. He thoroughly explained their process including possible limitations as to what they could reasonably do. We also discussed our options of coloring. Mom and I decided to move forward with the project. Monday, Dec 11, 2023, Jeff and his crew showed up at 8am. Workmen were advised of the areas and then they went to work grinding off all of the old layers of paint. Tuesday, Dec 12, 2023, Jeff and his crew came back to add the base coat, chip topping and epoxy finish. There attention to detail is amazing and appreciated. Even the edging and corners are professionally finished. We are very pleased with the materials and workmanship. Thank you, Decocrete Services for also giving our home a brand-new updated look!

Had deco Crete out to do our pool deck with the fleck looking material. received an estimate from Chris about April/May 2023. He had listed all the prep work that they were going to do. Grinding, pressure cleaning of surface to open pores, minor patching, honoring or gilling of cracks and joints. Well the only thing they did was diamond grinding and when he initially came out to look at the job he said they would grind out the cracks and fill so they wouldn't come back. Then when the work crew came out they said they dont do that because the cracks will come back, well they came back anyway and now I have cracks in the new finished surface and these showed up at least they were noticed in September. Chris has no idea what he is talking about, he is a slimy sales person that can't remember anything that is discussed, make sure you record your initial meeting with him, there's more to this whole story that i put in a review when the job was done but I don't want to waste anymore time discussing this company. Would never use them again and would never refer them to anyone, see attached photo. Their installers were good guys and from what I got from them they dont like Chris either but the owner seems to like him. They must be buddy's.

One of the reason that you can see a good rating, because bad reviews wiped by owner. I wrote one, it was wiped, and the company rating came up again. Not believe in good ratings that you read, because bad ratings wiped. Really I had a bad experience with this company, my floor has crack and grooves, and Devin didn't solve these problems since August 2021. Devin (the owner) was nice before the problem began. First was a grooves in the epoxy floor and bubbles. Devin said me, that we will solve it, just pay the last 50%. After I paid, I didn't have any help from Devin. He ignored my messages, emails etc. The problems coming bad. The crack in the floor, that the employees of DecoCrete repaired not properly or didn't repair, come bigger. They seemed more interested in rushing to the next job. And more likely that not fix the crack properly. Devin refused to solve these problems. The truth that he just stopped answer me when he received the last payment. Not good customer service. If you will have a problem, Devin not solve them. Not industrial grade. Not recommend. Actually done resulting in very poor value for the money.

Poor concrete repairs poor preparation wet substrate final finished applied directly to old finish causing cracking & delamination.

I instantly received a reply from Lopez Brothers Lawn. We set up a time on Saturday morning to get a quote. I was impressed when I went to bed on Friday night with their promptness. The next morning, Humberto and his crew arrived promptly on time. He walked the property, gave me honest advice, and a few suggested options and price quotes at different price levels. He mentioned they were available to start immediately (it was Saturday at 10am). By the time I received a second and third reply on Yelp from other prospective landscape companies that Saturday morning, Humberto and his team were already halfway through with a huge front lawn transformation at my house. The work was great, the job turned out fantastic. Neighbors were already stopping by and giving compliments before the crew was even done. Don't look anywhere else or waste your time, call Humberto first. Lopez Brothers Lawn did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them to any prospective client looking for work to be done. They worked nonstop until the job was complete, that same day! I will be hiring them again in the near future for more work at my property.

At first, I was uncertain about this company. I called on 3 separate occasions. Each time, the phone would either just ring and ring, and then I would get voicemail, or go straight to voicemail. I almost gave up until I listened to the recorded message for me to leave a voicemail. Their message recording says to text or send an email because they're so busy. So I sent an email, And I got a response later that day. The response email was very detailed in itself. Providing me with a price guide explaining their minimum charge and footage, as well as how to give yourself an estimate of your own for budget purposes and/or just to save time for the company. It included pictures of colors to choose and pictures with labels of different curbing that they offer. So I showed my wife and she instantly picked out a color and a picture she liked. I went ahead and walked around the yard and counted out my steps. I sent back another email. I said i'm six foot tall and I did one hundred steps around my yard where I want this curbing to go. My wife wants this color and she likes this picture. I had a response email later that evening. The message indicated that it was a rough estimate to give us a guideline and basis to go off of. It said " At one hundred steps around the house At about six foot tall That would be about three hundred feet, +/-.. At least no more As long as you didn't miss count. That color is at three pounds, And that is 1of our basic styles. So you rough price per foot is.. " Well tell you what happened next.. Gentleman name gabriel came out... and boy aint he some character. This guy's got long hair tattoos,.. Looks like a young kid might not know what he's doing made me a little bit nervous. But Listening to him talk, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Seem like he knew my property better than I did and he had never even been here before. He reviewed what I had picked out and emailed in with my wife. He walked around properly and drew out our house on paper with graph paper and everything, said hes trying to get it as close to scale as possible just for fun. We scheduled, And on the day we agreed on and the time we agreed, that man showed back uu with a couple other guys.. And just started going at it. There are shovels everywhere and wheelbarrows and these boys were laughing having a good old time. I've never seen anyone hustle and work like these boys here. Come to find out gabriel's the son of the owners. He was offering to the other guys that he would do all the hard work as long as they just keep the machine moving.. Boy he sure did too. Seemed like he did almost everything didn't miss a beat either. Them other guys would stop for water stop or have a cigarette, They even stopped for lunch. That guy gabriel just kept going. Only thing I didn't like.. Boy d*** near wore any clothes at all.. just a tiny pair of shorts. He sure knows what he's doing, He's real good at it too. And it was nice to see someone out working in the sun and the heat and just laugh and and smile and have it a grand old time laboring away.. I don't see that too much in today's world.

Josh came to give me a quote which originally involved indoor concrete floors and a rubber gym floor. I since cancelled the concrete flooring with Josh and considered doing some tile in the area where the concrete was going to go. I found someone else to do the tile for much less and just wanted Josh to install the rubber floor inside a small room in my house. Josh was great and friendly this entire time. He agreed and sent me a bunch of samples and different types of floors to install. I picked one and he then sent me a contract. The contract required a 50% deposit, which I understand, but he wouldn't give me a start date for the project until receiving the deposit. I'm thinking that's why this project has never started. After months of an occasional email from him asking if I was ready to start, I was finally ready to get the floors installed. I asked for him to add a start and completion date in a new contract, the previous one was from months ago and had no dates. He said he would and now it's been a few more months of him telling me he will send a contract with the dates when he gets back to the office. I've posted a screenshot of the last email for records.
