The tile that I needed was through a different company, but Chris and his team willingly went to Ellenton from Lakewood Ranch to bring it back the day before they started! I had gotten quotes from 3 other companies and Chris had the most reasonable offer and absolutely no hidden costs. I knew exactly how much the job would cost before we started and there were no additional fees by the end. Chris was very detailed when he came to do the estimate and made sure that the tile would be done right. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, usually within minutes of sending a text. Most other quotes were 1.5-2x his price and didn't feel like they took as much pride in their work. He estimated 3 days to do 450 sq ft of tile, but it ended up only taking 2 days! The guys worked hard from 10am-8:30pm the first day with no complaints. I ran out of grout the second day, but Chris was determined to complete my project ahead of schedule, so the team went back to Ellenton to get the grout (again) and returned to finish. My mom and I were able to get an extra full day to relax before she left thanks to their hard work! I highly recommend Chris and his team for tile floors! If I ever am in need of another renovation, I would not hesitate to contact him!

They were able to get us an appointment in their showroom, which was packed with options. They came out same day to take measurements and provide us with a quote. We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

We are repeat customers of Janos Kovacs, owner of Sweet Home Improvements LLC…read more He has done a wonderful job for us in two different houses, in 2013 and again in 2017. We are very happy with his services and if we have any other projects where we can use his expertise, we are sure to ask him to do the work for us. Specifically, we had Janos in 2013 do oak hardwood floating floor installation in entire 2nd floor, approximately 1200 sq feet. He did a superb job at a reasonable price. He recommended and advised us on getting optimum oak flooring and underlay, installed the flooring with meticulous care, on time and on budget. Again in 2017 we had Janos install ceramic tile in two different houses. On both projects he again provided wise advice, helped us optimize our selection, then provided meticulous installation, including concrete foundation underfloor leveling to assure that the ceramic tile floor is smooth, level, and consistent. Finally, he also installed bamboo flooring with same excellent results. Highly recommended for his high quality craftsmanship, excellent work ethics and trustworthy-ness. See his reviews on Angies List, and you will see this common thread across all of his satisfied customers.
