We contacted Joe Horner, he came out to our house ,we were taking outa living room dining room carpet and wanted new flooring. He measured make recommendations for the project . We vasulated over wood floors,laminate flooring and wood look tile.. We then visited the show room where he educated on pros and cons of each product, we chose an amazing porcelain tile that had a wood grain pattern. We ordered it, the installer was most experienced , did an excellant job. It was done in 3 days. We are very pleased with the whole experience and Joe followed up several time throughout the job to make sure we were pleased. We LOVE our new floor. read more

We had LVP flooring installed 5 years ago by Interior Floors and it has since warped , began splintering and is now lifting in various places. They neglected to place a moisture barrier down and installed it directly over the concrete subfloor. Since the floor began warping and peeling more than a year ago our children have cut their feet numerous times , even our dog has injured his paw on the splintering floor! Numerous contractors and even the inspector from the flooring vendor agreed a barrier should have been used. Until now Interior Floors has assumed zero responsibility/liability. The answer we received from Interior Floors was that a barrier was not necessary and it's out of warranty tough luck! read more

We wanted to replace our existing wood panel floor with a different product that would not be as susceptible to our large dog scratching our floors. We looked at various types of flooring and install solutions and ultimately landed on an LVP that would be glued down. After the install, there were numerous rises and dips in the floor and a general waviness that I various reasons as to why it existed. We were told it would settle down in a few weeks. It didn't. Interior floors came back out and worked to resolve the issues. They initially said they would buy some additional product and replace the bad planks. They didn't. When they showed up, they simply pulled up the existing planks and re-used them. They were able to mitigate some of the high spots and dips, but the general waviness remains. It is not a product issue, as the samples we were shown did not exhibit this at all. It was never indicated to us, up front, that there was a risk of this happening. Had there been, we would not have proceedid The end result is not acceptable, particularly for a $15K job. read more

Mixed review as I was pleased with the product and installation EXCEPT it was left unfinished. Quarter rounds should have been caulked as part of the finished floor. I had to hire someone and spend more money to get it finished. I was told by salesman that I should have called them first. How was I supposed to know that when installer told me job was done. I also did not like the fact that I had to pay to get toilet reinstalled, however I was told that up front. Left me with a bad feeling and a senior citizen being taken advantage of. The response given is a not the truth. I never said I had a painter who would complete the job! It was left undone by this Company and I incurred additional expense due to that. read more

I have had this company do work for my home remodel early on, not only was this fast and excellent, the service guys who came out were professional and then cleaned up after them selves! From that experience I have had them come to see if they could FIX a project gone wrong at our church-- I ripped up all carpet base that was along the walls, not realizing that we needed to keep in installed. Once again this team came through and turned our mistake into a masterpiece. I plan on using them for the bathroom flooring and shower remodel for a condo I just purchased and also for the stone I am about to put in my main house!
