The person at the desk immediately saw the tile, and knew the manufacturer based on the pattern of the back of this old tile (no discerning text was on it). Through luck, they actually had our tile in backstock, and were able to supply us with some pieces. The demonstration of expert knowledge to identify the manufacturer and locate where they had some stored, right as we walked in, was astounding. Yes, there was luck that they had the tile, but the point to exemplify here is that the staff has the expertise to recognizes decades of tile styles. This place is awesome. Sure clean, professional, and a great selection of modern tile. Search no other place for tile, these guys are the experts!

We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this business…read more Fast talking, poor quality workmen-ship, false promises and many headaches is what you'll get working with Italian tile design inc. Alex did my floor, said the floor was not flat enough and that I needed to pay him to make the floor flat, which I did. The job is now complete and the floor is not flat, not even close, it has peaks and valleys and less than 2 months old and the LVP is coming apart at the seams. It's going to cost me thousands to have someone come in and repair this very poor quality of work. I did ask Alex and Denise to make it right and they just gave me the run around. They have nothing but excuses and very poor integrity.
