The installer was efficient, on time and pleasant. He moved all the large furniture pieces and put them back--not a scratch! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that the installer refused to lay a wood threshhold and hide tv cables under the closet rug. Also the upgraded padding was not installed. With 2 trips back, I got my threshhold (which I bought and stained) and the cables hidden. The padding issue would've meant tearing up the entire 2 rooms of carpet. We agreed on a rebate, but I would've been happier if I'd gotten my upgraded padding as requested. Miscommunications, but still happy with the rooms. Thanks Richards' Warehouse!

Even worse is when you call they don't care at all and give you a number that just automatically goes to voicemail. Not a call back ever and you can try to call until the end of days, you will only get voicemail.
