There we decided on a high quality durable engineered hardwood that would beautifully suit our home. Next she came to our home, took exact measurements, gave us a final quote, and promptly got us on the schedule. Within no time she had a professional team there removing our existing outdated hardwood floors and preparing for the installers to come. The following week Ray and Bernie began the installation. These guys are true professionals! They clearly communicated issues they encountered with our subfloor, how they would remedy them, and the timeline to expect each room to be finished. Overall the quality is unmatched, we're very happy with the finished results, and would highly recommend LG Kramer!

They were able to get us an appointment in their showroom, which was packed with options. They came out same day to take measurements and provide us with a quote. We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

They price by the amount you purchase which makes it hard to shop around the store when you don't know the price ranges of things. What I'm most upset about is dealing with the sales rep Tom. He accidentally double charged me on my $1300.00 tile purchase. It's been almost a year and I haven't been able to get my refund back. I've called, emailed, left voicemails, he refuses to contact me back. At this point it's absolutely ridiculous that it would go on so long. I don't recommend anyone to use this company, the hassle has cost me even more time and money, not worth it. At this point I spent over $2600.00 on tile that was worth $1300.00

He actually let me bring home two large samples to put on my floor in my room and I found that very impressive ...the next day he came to measure and then we made plans to set a date or installation. David L knew by talking to me that I was apprehensive and that I wanted a good job done and he recommended that he give me his installer Billy and I am so very glad he did...Not only was Billy meticulous... he was professional ...pleasant and I have never seen such attention to detail on an installation ...even right down to the moldings that looks like look like they were built with the house... you could never tell that a molding was put onto my existing molding that's how perfect it was. From start to finish there was no stress... no rope dope...no bait and switch...so if you want a great job done by professional people that will stand by their word... you have to go to Richard's carpet warehouse ...speak to David L and you wanna definitely ask for your installer to be Billy ...he did such a wonderful job... he cleaned up ...he explained everything to me ...I couldn't asked for a better team of David L and Billy as my installer... please go to Richard's carpet warehouse you will never be disappointed
