Upon inspection, my husband found that only 3 mounting clips were used during installation, despite there being room for 6. One of the clips and screw were found in the bottom of the cabinet. This clearly indicates the sink was not properly secured at installation. When my husband called to get it repaired, he was told there would be a $350 charge for a technician to re-attach it. He also told my husband we would need to get a plumber to disconnect the garbage disposal. My husband explained that this was an installation error and poor workmanship by the installer, but they didn't seem to care about making it right. Fortunately for us, we have a friend who is a builder, so he was able to come over today & get it put back in place securely (with 6 clips!) We are very disappointed to know it was installed incorrectly, but more disappointed that the company wanted to charge us to correct their error. BEWARE!!
