When questioned they told us many lies that the next contractor proved. They threatened and attempted to bully and coerce us (the paying customers) into skirting around legal permit. Extremely aggressive yelling by a salesman named Peter whom sealed the decision to fire and report company. They then took advantage of our neighbors property after finding them out of town. Tied up a broken barge and parked heavy machinery and trucks on drain field only vacated after legal threats to company owners. All was documented and photographed. Hi Brian and associates, Denny and I wanted to thank you and your staff for the outstanding job…read moreeveryone did building our home. We are so pleased beyond believe with the finished product. The end result was everything and more than we were hoping for. We receive so many complements from our friends when they come over. Your staff was so pleasant to work with during the whole process, especially since we were so far away in Maryland. Brigon Homes maintained the highest standards of quality, value, professionalism, safety, and cleanliness, and more importantly, a trustworthy company. The office staff showed a high level of responsiveness and respect to all our needs and to minor adjustments throughout the process. We appreciate everyone for taking the time to answer our questions and responding to our concerns. Also responding quickly to fix any problems after the jobs were completed. We will definitely recommend Brigon Homes to family and friends. When you hire Brigon Homes, you are hiring more than a custom home builder/contractor; you are hiring a partner and an advocate for your dreams and goals.

When our turn came, the crew was at our house earlier than expected. The work far exceeded our expectations and they were not bothered when we asked for minor changes and upgrades to the agreed renovations. The finished product is beautiful and well worth the wait. I know many homeowners whom had "quick fixes" after the hurricane. The results were less than satisfactory. I'd definitely use them again.

We were told we would have completed bids "later this week or sometime next week". After no contact we called on December 11 and were told "still another week or so". Fast forward to January 8, 2024 and still nothing. Jeff did return our voice message the next day. He apologized for the delay and said he still needed "a couple more days". It's now February 10th and we're recieved no bids, no calls, e-mails or contact of any kind. At over 25,000 square feet, we are NO small fish but rather one of the largest entertainment venues in all of Englewood and Venice yet we can't get even basic courtesy or customer service. We assume there is some sort of internal crisis within Lemon Bay Construction as that's the only explanation for such poor customer service. We recommend staying away from Lemon Bay Construction until they iron out their problems.

I had a quote within three days and in less than 2 months, Gilley's completed a stronger and better design off a complex L-shaped lanai with a 45 degree cut at the heel. Communication was provided from both Richard and the project team throughout the process - from design, permit application to construction. Workmanship matched the communication and the project was completed earlier than projected. Thanks to Rich, Brandon, Nate and team. I enthusiastically recommend Gilley's and would use them again.
