When we arrived at their showroom in Sarasota they were knowledgeable, friendly, and had a vast selection to choose from. Very competitive pricing too. The installers were gracious and very respectful during the entire 4 weeks they were in our home. The floors look beautiful. May I recommend that you think twice however, living in your home if you decide to tile the entire home. There is no way around it being disruptive. Better Project Planning on their part for the size of the job and the order of which rooms to tile and lay baseboard would have earned them a 5 star. We are very happy with Fairfax Floors.

Once we picked the flooring we liked he even drove the baseboards out to me so I could sand and paint them prior to install. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else. Conor was in touch with me all day to ensure I was happy with their progress. They even worked hard to get them to install on a weekend since I work min-fri i healthcare and there is no flexibility with my schedule. Now here is where I want to brag the most Their installers- WOW- We want to give a big shoutout to Fransisco, Franklin and a third third gentleman I forgot his name. Their product is great we went with the aqua shield Barnwood luxury vinyl plank but it's about the installers who do the real work. These guys had such attention to detail, they removed the current trim on my cabinets laid the floor down and then put the trim back up. They even removed our toilets so the flooring was seamless. I cannot recommend this company any more than I am right now. We will be using them in the future to do our stairs and laundry room and I will be requesting those three gentlemen again. You can tell they work together very well I could hear them all day laughing and talking. It takes a lot to impress me and I did not have one time where I felt that they were doing below average work. These three gentlemen did above average and I am the attention to detail person and they impressed me. Stupid us paid a significant amount of cash up front ($10,000.00) and financed the remainder through a bank. They still have not finished the master bathroom and closet and have never started the flooring installation, yet they have been paid in full. John and Morgan have fallen off the Grid. They do not return phone calls and have phone numbers that are not in service, voice mails that are not set up or full and if you happen to get an actual message and are able to leave a message, they do not call back. They do not respond to emails.

He helped me select the screen and the work was performed while I was out of town. Just got back and the visibility of the Phifer, 18x14 fiberglass screen in charcoal is fantastic. I was worried charcoal color would impact the view because it was dark but in fact it absorbs the light with no reflection so the eye just sees past it. We had 25 years old screen that was threadbare, what a difference. I highly recommend this company.

While there he grabbed his tools, cleaned a tile and the surrounding grout and recolored it - WOW! What a change. We signed up and Jonas came by over two different days to accommodate the other contractors. The plumbing has one pipe 20 inches from the second twisted pipe which is 25 inches from the third one and 10 inches from the fourth one. It is not holding pressure. The six to 8 weeks has become almost one year and he wants me to give him the last payment and trust him that he will bring the equipment and bond the pool. He also cut my brand new solar system above the valves, which he took with him. Run, do not walk, run away from this company.

They do not stand by their work and very nasty people!!
