Following numerous attempts to rectify the problems they were hired to address and the additional issues they caused, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company's services. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, we hired Talent Painting based on their impressive five-star review. Unfortunately, the experience failed to meet expectations! Moreover, I have several text messages from Gus, the owner, promising to address these problems. Our open concept living, dining, and kitchen area where they repaired a ceiling crack that spanned the kitchen area and performed other drywall patches. However, the ceiling texture appears unsightly now. Please refer to the attached images for reference. Additionally, there were missed spots during the initial painting attempt, and they repainted some parts again. Regrettably the paint still does not match, and we have been living with a two-tone ceiling ever since. Our home's ceiling-to-wall joints were sealed with caulk, masking the imperfect paint application. However, this caulk eventually cracked and required removal. That created a bigger mess, and you can now see where they had to touch up paint from that now. Furthermore, the molding that was installed had separated from the wall, prompting additional corrective actions. The touch-up paint in our master bedroom exhibits a poor match and uneven application. As a result, the entire room required repainting, and the contractors showed little regard for protecting other areas. Gus' crew used my cleaning supplies and abundant amounts of paper towels, leaving my house in disorder. Upon asking them to clean up, I was informed by Gus that it is common for homeowners to hire a cleaning company after the work is done! While relocating our sectional resulted in the damage of the sturdy steel brackets that held its pieces together. These brackets are internal components that cannot be simply reinserted once they have been forcefully removed and distorted. As a result, the sectional now disintegrates when sat upon. Gus has assured me that they will fix the issue, that hasn't happened and then tried to say I said it was already broken! I possess numerous messages between Gus and myself containing assurances to enhance and correct their inadequate workmanship. The only concern he expresses is my removal of negative reviews!

We were referred to past customers who allowed us to view the work that had been done on their pool decks. It was very helpful to be able to see this finished job rather than just samples in the shop. From the minute the guys arrived it was apparent that we had made the correct choice. The work was done in a progressive manner with each part of the process completed before the next was begun. Each was done to perfection. with every detail attended to. The coloring of the 'tile' pattern was hand applied to each location on the surface, again, entirely done by hand. Colors were blended to create a natural stone like appearance. Finally, a sealer was applied to preserve the artwork that was our finished pool deck. The new deck is stunning and far exceeds any thoughts I might have had prior to the job being done.
