They bought out a dumpster on the day they said they would and the work was done in one day and they arrived and completed on the day they said they would. As a landlord and having dealt with a lot of contractors I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up all the debris from when they removed the old roof material. I got a 10-year warranty on the materials as well as a 10 year warranty on the repair. They are a bit higher, not much, than other places, but considering how easy it was to work with them and what you get for the money in the long run it's well worth it. The person I was assigned to (Samantha) doesn't answer messages and doesn't return my calls. I was promised last time I called in that the owner would call me back on Monday morning with an update. I'm ok with companies telling me if the project is not for them; I'm just really disappointed that they never paid me the courtesy of giving me an update either way because I have now wasted 45 days waiting for a quote when I could have been getting on with fixing my house.
