Our 2 yr old Trane stopped working, I called the tech who installed it & got attitude! So my son recommended Sammy from Total Care, he immediately came out & sent me pics of the compressor that needed replacing! I gave him the green light to fix it so within a couple of days he ordered the warrantied part & fixed our Trane A/C unit! He was friendly & had great communication with us! We are thankful we found a new dependable tech & company when we need our A/C serviced! And his pricing was reasonable as well! read more

Sammy and his crew are amazing. We are so happy we went with Total Care AC for our new AC. Sammy is professional, punctual, kind and very fair. Crew was professional, nice and finished timely. Sammy was informative and also installed upgraded thermostats helping us to save on energy costs. Having to buy a new AC is very ouchy as everyone knows, but at least we had that good feeling of knowing you picked the right person for the job! We highly recommend. Thanks Sammy!! read more

Over the years I have used three A/C repair businesses. Total Care Heating and Cooling is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Professional, friendly, thorough. Sammy Sayegh kept me in the loop throughout the repair process, something I have never encountered with the big advertising a/c businesses. I will stay with Total Care from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

Great experience working with Sammy. He was super communicative throughout; which made coordinating while I was out of town easy as can be. Checked everything and was super detailed. Had a problem with my old nest thermostat and the new unit which was completely unrelated to the install, and he made sure to follow up and spend the extra time to get it all fixed. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing service or installation in Phoenix, we'll definitely work with Sammy again if we need anything. read more

We had issues with our AC on a hot day and we called around multiple places. Total Care was the fastest to respond and they took the issue without hesitation. They came out within an hour or two and diagnosed the issue quickly. Sammy clearly explained whats wrong and even gave some tips on preventing this from happening again. Within another hour or two, we had our AC back up and pumping out cold air. Amazing service, reasonable price, and very knowledgeable technicians. Will be coming back for any AC needs in the future. Highly recommended. read more

Finished in a timely manner, and cleaned work areas completely. read more

Total Care Heating and Air was by far the best and most honest customer service I received while looking to replace 2 full A/C units. Sammy and his crew were nothing but professional from the quote all the way through the installation. His price points are far beyond reasonable and beat out the other 5 quotes I got. No reason to look any further. Thank you for the great experience. read more

I highly recommend this company. There are a lot of nice people working in different professions but I think Sammy is that and more. Not only is he professional and competent in what he does be I genuinely believe he loves giving back to his customers with the time he takes to answer all my questions and more importantly I don't feel like just a number. I feel I made a friend from the first day he gave me a quote for my AC unit. He genuinely cares for his customers and that is a great attribute to have these days. I wanted to upgrade my thermostat to a smart home one and he gave me great advice and then came the same day to put it in.. He takes great care of his customers so if you are looking for a company that will be there after the original sale is done then look no further! It's no wonder he gets 5 stars all the time and deserves more if you ask me.. I hope this helps anyone looking for Heating or AC. read more

Five stars is simply not enough for owner Sammy of Total care heating & air. Cannot say enough about how fast, professional, and terrific my experience was! I called after 7pm desperately needing someone to come out that night to replace our thermostat. Sammy was literally there within 40 minutes, and came prepared with everything needed to get the job done. He worked super quickly, left things perfectly tidy, and made double sure everything worked before he left. The service charge was more than reasonable, and well worth the price. I really hope not to have any further thermostat or ac issues, but if I did, Sammy will definitely be my first and only call! read more

Total care heating and cooling is the most reputable company I have encountered probably ever. Sammy went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted in our replacement HVAC. He took the time to explain differences, prices, how things work, and made a special effort to ensure our master bedroom was cooling after years of it being the hottest room in the house. That was a year ago, yesterday he came out to service our AC unit and he remembered every detail, he remembered my family members! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and thorough. I recommend him to anyone needing an AC company. His $70 annual service fee is a steal of a deal, he is honest and fair and the best AC company around-- trust me I do not give glowing reviews unless the person deserves it and he really does! You cant go wrong with Sammy. read more

I needed to replace a 36 year old unit (actually 2). Yes from 1985!! And I was referred to Sammy from a friend and figured he was like everyone else. Overpriced, pressure salesman, flaky response time. No - Sammy is literally amazing. He responds right away, we got 3 quotes and his was less than the other 2. He has shown up on time every single time we've needed him for consultation, to measuring to whatever he was never a minute late. And we appreciate that he doesn't leave us hanging all day. He is very honest, he is not out to get rich he really genuinely likes to help people. The vibe he gives off is just a trustworthy genuine nice guy and I had no doubt he was looking out for us as well as needing to do a job. He loves what he does and he is our ac guy forever now. And I'll refer him every time someone needs a guy! Thanks Sammy! read more

I had a bad experience, I wanted to find a good company to help me with my AC units. As soon as I called Total Care they were nice & explained to me what they would do for me. We set up a time & they did as promised. Sammy was amazing! From the very start he was honest, genuine & willing to help me in any way. He explained to me my options & did his best to give me his expertise. I couldn't be happier I chose to replace one of my units. Now they're both running great, & I'm incredibly happy & thankful to Sammy & his team! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! read more

I highly recommend Sammy and his company. Very responsive, prompt, and does quality work.

I am so happy with the service I received from Sammy at Total Care Heating and Cooling today. We had a torn air duct in our attic and he quickly taped it up and recommended we replace it down the line (which we figured anyway). Instead of trying to upsell me or strongly push replacing it right away, he was honest with me and let me make the decision for myself. We will be calling Sammy again in the future for any other hvac work! read more

He gave us a diagnosis of the problem - why the a/c unit was taking so long to cool, and what the the cost would be to fix the problem. Additionally he gave us a complete report of all the things he checked on the unit including pressures, etc. Awesome service! We highly recommend this company! read more

I've used Sammy 3 times now and total care has always been very honest and fair. The other two times were for rental properties I was helping out on but today he saved my butt at the house. Thanks for you hard work; nice to see there are honest companies still out there!!!! I'll be checking with you when it cools down for some options on a new unit even though I was surprised you weren't all pushy like the other guys but instead fixed like I asked. Very old AC condenser failed in a big way on Saturday. Beyond repair. Got a very competitive quote from Sammy at Total Care to replace 2x inside (inc gas furnaces) and outside units with Trane systems. Failed system was replaced by 10am Wednesday morning. Other system replaced by 10am Thursday. Very happy with the service response and the crew's professionalism. Recommended. read more

My air conditioner went out tonight and with every other place closed or charging crazy fees for after hours visits, Sammy not only answered the phone he showed up within the hour! We had a blown fuse and the thermostat wasn't reading the unit and needed an emergency nighttime fix. Called Sammy and he was at our house in 12 minutes! We've had some bad HVAC experiences before from other people, but Sammy was super knowledgeable and courteous to our home and sleeping baby. We have an HVAC system that is complicated and Sammy was able to fix everything and even checked back in to make sure everything was all good. Can't beat the price either. Sammy promised to treat me like family, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Total Care and will use them in the future. I asked around with several friends and family, and no one highly recommended their past A/C guys. I took a risk with this company, and am so happy to have discovered them. So many untrustworthy air conditioning companies out there, I am happy to have found a company with a caring and honest owner who explained what he was doing as he worked to find out why my air conditioner was not blowing, and went above and beyond to check other areas to be sure there were no other issues. He gave good advice regarding filters, and made sure I had all of my questions answered. He did not try to up-sell me on anything, and the total cost for the repair was only the cost of the service fee--$49.95. That in itself is a great price. I am very impressed with this company and how professional and personable Sammy's demeanor was. If I could give him five stars +++ I would. read more
