The specialists are knowledgeable and trained to take care of your concerns! My most recent appointment was my favorite so far. I had laser genesis done on my face and the specialist was great about keeping me aware of what the treatment entails and what to expect. I wanted to know more about the Image Products and both her, the receptionist, and another woman at the front helped me out. The receptionist started talking about her own personal experience with acne and she was super kind and relatable. The environment was very welcoming. I wish I remembered more names, because those three ladies were great. A woman named Peyton has been my favorite for the facials so far, and I do really like the manager, Candace. So far, I have only had small administrative and scheduling issues. Two of the scheduling conflicts occurred on holiday's, so I am not too upset about those instances. It took me a while to get a receipt, but really what I was trying to access was a summary of the acne protocol package and a copy of my contract. I did end up getting a summary of the acne package. I am sure I can get a copy of my contract next time I ask, I just stopped requesting. Regardless, I left the cons for the end because I would still fully recommend Spoiled, and will followup if anything changes.

Perla even gave me a sample of one of the products she used since my skin responded really well to it, which I appreciated. They carry full-size versions of their skincare products, so it's easy to pick something up at the front desk if you like what was used during your treatment. P.S.: try the ANFISA ceramide packed lipgloss (that they just got in) and thank me and Perla later! The location is further north in town with easy parking, which is always a plus. When I woke up, I asked them when they were going to start, yet they were already done lol. I felt completely normal waking up, not groggy or sick. Healing has gone so well for me and way easier than I though it was going to be! My incision was so nicely stitched up and I have great confidence that it will be super light once completely healed.
