What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.
