I've been to Sweat Reno twice now and both experiences were amazing! The first time I did Cryotherapy and I brought my husband. Jamie was very professional and she explained the benefits and the process. Honestly, this was a fun date night experience! The second time I went alone and tried the infared sauna and cocoon! I was doing a fitness challenge & needed to burn off a couple more pounds and did this. Jamie even kindly offered if I wanted to hop on the bike for a few minutes. Sweat Reno is professional, helpful, very clean, & has more to offer than most know. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend to everyone!

I heard of Rejuuv-n after a Yelp elite event. I enjoyed it so much that I got a membership for $50…read morea month which included 2 sessions per month and the option to bring 1 guest with you one of the two sessions. There is plenty of parking, and they text you the door code in case it is locked. It is very easy to book a session on the app. However, there is no option to add the guest without them paying. Pahco was very quick and responsive to my email regarding this situation. He stated we can just text or email them when we bring a guest until they switch over to the new app. The first time I came in, it was confusing where to find their place, but Jessica was kind enough to show us. Once inside, Jessica/Pahco greets you and made me feel very welcomed. There are lockers, two changing areas, and two showers available. They have small towels to sit on when in the sauna and slippers. I wish they have towels in the future because I would like the option of not bringing so much stuff with me. There is an open shower for quick rinses before you get into the sauna and cold plunges. There are timers in the sauna and in the cold plunge areas so you know how long you are there for. I like how hot the sauna gets which is more than other places in town. The cold plunge has two options of 40 or 52 degrees Fahrenheit. I have been able to slowly work my way up to 3 minutes in the cold plunge and it feels very nice after the sauna. While resting in the lounge area, there are motivation books to read and water/tea. They also recommend bringing your own water. It would be nice if they had available light snacks like trail mix or flavored water like other spa/saunas in town. When you are finished with your 2-hour session, it is nice to shower, but only one of the two private showers have towels. There is only one toilet. Overall, I am glad I got to experience the contrast therapy because it has helped a lot with my back and nerve pain after 3 sessions. I look forward to seeing their business grow so more people get to have this experience and see the benefits. It is good place to relax after a work week.

The entire staff makes every visit welcoming and uplifting, and I always leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and a little more in love with taking care of myself. A special thank you to Kayla and all the wonderful ladies at the Box. This blew away my expectations, the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, service was super friendly, thank you, Candace! I felt like she was very delicate with my fine tangly hair, while also doing a great job of getting my scalp exfoliated and nice and clean. The before close-up of my scalp was a bit shocking... I also learned that I have a dry scalp, which I always thought was the opposite because my hair gets oily so fast. She gave me some great tips to implement in the future to try to keep my scalp looking healthy longer. My hair feels so good and my scalp has not been itchy all day like it usually is. If you choose an "add-on," they incorporate it into the timeframe of your massage. For example, I…read morebooked a 60-min Swedish massage and paid extra for a scalp massage/treatment. The scalp massage was incorporated into the 60 minutes, not in addition to, which took away from the 60 minute massage. It's misleading. I wouldn't have paid for an "add-on" if I had known. When I booked it, it said total time was 1hr 15. And when I later asked, they said that includes clean-up time. What does clean-up time have to do with the time shown to the guest? There's also a reason Dolce Vita had availability last-minute, when Atlantis and Peppermill didn't. Dolce is simply not worth the price. The amenities are very very average. In the ladies room, there's only a steam room and sauna. The shampoo and conditioner are poor quality too. The men's room (according to my partner) doesn't even have a steam room. I've visited Dolce about three times, and this past weekend will be my list. You can get a much better experience elsewhere, and for less money. The masseuses are good, but the customer service is just ok. Really wish they'd be more upfront about add-ons, and really wish they'd step up their amenities because the location has potential.
