They moved locations and are now in a two story building with more services available outside of just floats. The staff was super accommodating for me when I changed my appointment time twice. I have been going here for maybe 6-7 months for the monthly membership for a 60 minute massage. The atmosphere is chill and on the spiritual side. Something I like. Compared to previous massages at the casino spas, this place blows them out of the water. You can look at the different massage therapist and pick what you're more looking for in a massage. I've stayed with Jennifer but she gets booked fast and far out, so I tried Megan today and she offered a little bit different therapy. She used the hot rocks, and a facial massage along with some gua sha. It was nice. Jennifer is great for getting the full body massage at the right pressure. The membership is well worth it. But I must say that the first time I walked in the door or should I say tried to walk in the door. My sciatica was so bad that I could barely walk and this was my last try for any help. I did a 90 minute float and was amazed that I was able to walk out like a new man!! Terri obliterated me in the best way possible. Like a toddler discovering bubble wrap, she found and popped every knot in my body. Healing One is amazing (see my prior review about this little slice of heaven if needed on Google), but this review is all about Terri D. My previous masseuse moved, so I came in hoping for some serious relief in my neck and to get my muscles back to a baseline after a very nasty flu, and Terri delivered exactly that. You know when you're getting a massage and thinking, "Oh no, wait, that spot felt amazing. Go backkk!"? This massage wasn't like that at all. Terri tended to every spot for exactly as long as it needed. She didn't just mechanically match one side to the other for the sake of symmetry. She paid attention to the places that actually needed work, gave them the kind of attention they needed, and it was incredible. She can accommodate whatever level of firmness you prefer, she's warm and attentive, and she checks in to make sure you're doing okay without interrupting the experience. I saw a discount for educators during teacher appreciation week and thought I would get my float on at Healing One. I booked online and also spoke to staff via email and on the phone. I was sent several emails and texts prior to my appointment with tips and what to expect that included a video which I think is helpful for first timers. This was my 3rd floating experience, but my first at Healing One. I chose the Serenity Room because it was similar to the room that I have used before. I left the light on in the tank for most of the time. Then I turned off the light and propped open the door with the water bottle because the air was getting a bit stuffy for me. I didn't make it the full 60 minutes- my mind and body did relax and I felt a sense of tranquility. I did see that they offer 30 minute floats. I finally decided, after six years of pain to get a professional massage, and Ryder at Healing One knocked it out of the park!!! In August of 2020, I had the one injury no athlete wants to happen: I tore my ACL (yeah, I did it bowling, but that's not important). Since then, I've gone through periods where I'm okay, the pain is minor, to times where I literally can not walk. As my employer doesn't provide medical insurance, surgery is out of the question for the time being. However, after a one hour float in the Serenity room, Ryder welcomed me and we had a conversation about my issues, and some things I was interested in, one of them being cupping (we all have seen the Olympic athletes with the circle marks on them, that's what it's from) From the start, Ryder helped me ease in to the whole thing, doing something I can't remember the name of, but it re trains muscles to doing what they're supposed to do, as well as instructing me on ways to help my issues at home and when I'm competing. Ninety minutes went by in a flash, next thing I know I'm leaving, but for the first time in six years, I'm walking without a limp and I'm pain free in time to go back out and compete this season! read more

Find your inner peace at Healing One. This is my second time here and my soul is extremely relaxed and happy. This is a wonderful place to "float" your mind away and unwind. Deprivation tank is a must try. The last time I went here was two years ago and I got a room where the tank had a closed door but this time I was able to choose where it was more open with curtains because for some reason I am slight claustrophobic. They play a calming music when you enter your room and that's when you strip down and rinse yourself before you get in and when your time is done they also play a calming music. Do not use conditioner when you rinse, conditioner is only meant for AFTER your float. You rinse completely off and then you can go upstairs where it's filled with mantra vibes and drinks. I wasn't sure I would enjoy a sensory deprivation float, to be honest it sounded like torture for my overactive mind, but it is fantastic! I find I am relaxed that often I fall asleep as my aches and pains melt away into the salty water. (Bonus, my hair loves it!) In addition to the floats, Healing One also offers other services such as massage, oxygen therapy, and energy healing. I haven't tried everything they have to offer, but I would be doing a great disservice to this establishment if I didn't mention my amazing massage therapist, Ryder. Had been going there for a very long time, quite often but had the worst experience with the manager, Chaz, today. I would give 0 stars or negative if possible. My friend tried to cancel an appointment. He was told he would not get refunded so he said he would still come in. They refused to let him come in for his scheduled appointment and refused to refund him. Upon continued conversation the manager told my friend that he could never come back to Healing One and I COULDNT EITHER. I had a massage and tried the infrared sauna a couple months back when they were still at the old location. The therapist was pretty great and worked with her hands, feet and cups. Loosened up my trapezus and shoulders. I suffer from psoriosis and I have a hard time treating it with anything other than sunlight. About a week after using their sauna, my condition cleared up almost completely and hasn't gotten worse since so I would recommend it for anyone looking to treat it. read more
