I would have hoped there was more space for cars! They have an upstairs area too, but I couldn't check it out since I had a stroller. The first floor had plenty of seating. I found a table for 3 easily downstairs and there was space for the stroller. The place is big, but not overly loud. Plenty of people come and work here or have meetings. I ordered a Chai and service was quick and friendly. I want to go back and try some of their croissants or food!

La Vita's owner, a very sweet and passionate man who clearly loves what he's doing here, shared that they fly in their chai in powder form from Italy.
