A whole crowd of beautiful women, good music, and a space that felt safe, calm, and fun all at the same time. Morgan Brown led the class and really set the tone. It felt grounding but still had a little spice to it, not boring at all. After class, they had matcha and acai bowls and gave us 15% off, which I love because who doesn't want a little reward after pretending you can plank longer than you actually can. Speaking of... they had a planking contest and somebody held it for over five minutes. I tapped out mentally just watching. Only thing to note, if you want coffee you'll need to walk over to a nearby shop in Autry Park, but it's super close so no complaints there. La Vita's owner, a very sweet and passionate man who clearly loves what he's doing here, shared that they fly in their chai in powder form from Italy. No nasty syrups or pre-mixed chai here and I can absolutely tell the difference! Food: I had THE BEST everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese since my last trip to Manhattan.
